This product definitely works! For me, it has helped curb my hunger by slowing my digestion. I have been taking this product for 60 days, stopping for 5 to give my body a break and my hunger returned. I also fast 18:6 and have lost almost 30 pounds aided by this wonderful product.

I have use beramin for two years and is been a great product so far. I've also have use other products beu this one is working great in my system.

I am trying this product in an effort to get my A1C down. Taking one cap twice daily. Last check it was 6.5. My annual physical is 8/18/26. Have to wait to see if it really works. 4 Stars for now.

Awesome product

Although this is my first time purchasing off of Amazon, I have been purchasing Natural Factors Berberine for a number of years and have had incredible results in my health. I have PCOS, and after being diagnosed in 2014, I began taking berberine combined with a low carb, low sugar diet. In 2014, I lost 65 pounds and got the surprise of my life when I naturally became pregnant with twins in 2015, after years of trying. I stopped taking Berberine during my pregnancy, and was able to lose 15 pounds of baby weight postpartum with relative ease (a difficult feat for PCOS!) that was struggling to come off, even while eating Paleo. Since taking Berberine regularly, I've also regained my clarity and mental energy thanks to a lack of blood sugar spikes and crashes, and actually had the energy to start a running routine and go back to university, in spite of my now 10 month old twins. I'm not promising this product will work if you aren't willing to make other lifestyle changes, - and as you can see in my 'progress' pic I still have work to do - but I can personally attest that adding Berberine to my PCOS symptom management has completely revolutionized my health and helped me achieve the life and family I had always dreamed of.

This definitely helps sort of curb my food cravings or any food noise if you were into snacking and you know snacking, maybe you might be pushing your calorie intake into excessive area. I recommend this for me. It definitely helps curve. I guess like what people call the food noise and it definitely works. I take this before food or after food. I don't really follow any specific plan but I definitely find when I take this. I don't get any food cravings afterwards so it helps stabilize my blood sugar. I have not lost any weight. I definitely don't consider this any type of natures Ozempic as some people call it, but I definitely think that it helps quiet down the food noise

I decided to give this a shot for helping with diabetes control. It's been under a month of taking 2 of these daily and my blood sugars are already better. Ordering more now.

So, Metformin was tearing my digestive system apart after a few months. I stopped taking it cold turkey. My issues stopped almost immediately. For a week my blood sugars were still okay, but then started to climb way too high. My pancreas is "shot" due to complications with Neuropathy from severe spinal damage from a bad car accident many years ago, and complications of Diabetes. I also use to be near the 280-290 lb. mark at 6"' tall. I dropped the weight many years ago as well, and am now a steady 170-175 lbs. I walk daily, bike indoors and outdoors, and try to keep moving as I am able. I have many issues still with my spine, Neuropathy, and my blood sugars. I have many complications, much pain, and many of my body systems will not regulate. Nerve pain and issues persist. I take NO prescription medications, and Metformin was the only one I reluctantly was taking. I do take Insulin nightly now. Anyway, I googled "Metformin Alternative" and Berberine was near the top. I studied it some, and called a local health store and asked about it. They had the Natural Factors brand WellBetX in stock. I bought a bottle and started with one a day, then moved to two a day a few days later. In a short time my blood sugars have returned back to lower levels, and I have also noticed that my blood pressure is regulating more and more, as is my heart rate, digestion, breathing, etc...and, I am sleeping quite well nightly. So, my internal Neurpathy issues are improving. This was NOT the case before I was taking the Berberine. I am also noticing that my external Neuropathy issues are improving a bit more and more. I also have balance and gait issues, and nearly fall or fall often. I am 52 years old. I took a fall the other day down our large, solid wood stairs after my right knee gave out suddenly as I was coming down the stairs. My knee does this randomly, as do many of my other joints, but this time I did not catch myself and fell. I injured that right knee, twisting it grossly to the side in an unnatural position, and could hardly walk for a day or so. I am already back to taking my daily walks, this morning at -32 C in the Yukon, Canada. I ordered a second bottle of this Berberine Well BetX as I have had no issues with taking it, and things seem to be improving daily in a short time. I hope that it keeps working as well as it is now.
