I have a deviated septum and can't breathe through my nose well when I sleep. Intake is a GODSEND when it comes to helping me breathe at night, and the travel case keeps everything together and handy, even when it's just sitting on my nightstand instead of traveling. Now I wake up groggy on days I DON'T use Intake! Highly effective, fantastic adhesive that stays solidly but doesn't irritate the skin. I wish the refills weren't so expensive, but c'est la vie. It's worth it to be able to SLEEP.

I’m reviewing the case. (Sorry, I didn’t mean to record an entire documentary on this case. Lol.) But I show you how easy it is to open and close. I was able to fit 14 days worth of sticky things in the case. I didn’t try to fit any more. The problem I ran into is that I had some of the new style sticky things (where the edges neatly peel off) and some of the old style (where I had to use scissors and cut the edges away for the sticky things to fit). Most of the time you’ll get the new style sticky things and it won’t be an issue. It does come with the little black peg. It’s pretty cool! I like it! Well made. I can’t live without my intake breathing thingy so having this case is super convenient! (I repeated what I said in the video a few times because I recorded this in pieces because my dog kept interrupting me and I couldn’t remember what I already said, but you get the idea though.)
