Good quality and boosts the immune system. Good when traveling!
Viruses don’t like zinc. A doc said with enough zinc in the body, the viruses stay away. We took this once a day in a house filled with people constantly coughing and sneezing. We added Monolaurin as well and took two a day. With that combo we did not get sick. Traveling with sick people on the plane, we did not get sick. This is a good brand. Out of all the supplements, this is one of the best.

Good product
I buy these a lot for my husband and I just yo stay healthy. We throw it in the mix of our vitamins. It doesnt bother your stomach, doesnt bither sleep patterns, and works just fine. We've not had any issues with them reacting negatively. Theyve been just fine.

Great zinc! BUT TAKE WITH FOOD!!!!!!
Great Zinc - have been on for years now and I take it for my immune support and for stubborn acne. However, if I take on a little amount or no food I throw up guaranteed every time!!! So make sure you take with a good meal maybe your high carb meal of the day so it’s easy on your stomach. If I take with food I have zero issues. Great price point too!

The only zinc I take now!
Zinc is great for the cold & flu season and for keeping one’s immune system as good as it can get. This type of zinc, OptiZinc, is the “as good as it gets” type of zinc when it comes to a balance of bioavailability and price. There are formulations of zinc which I think are even better (Zinlori is unbeatable), but the price for those is super high for taking every day. So, if you need an extra boost to your immune system (which is tied closely to your digestive system), then definitely consider Zinlori, but for everyday use, I would take this supplement hands down!! Easy to swallow (the pills are skinny cylinders that measure maybe 1cm by 3mm) and inexpensive.

Cumple con su función y la capsula es resistente. La única pega que le veo es el poco aprovechamiento del envase. Es de plástico y enorme para la cantidad de capsulas que contiene.
