CurraNZ New Zealand Blackcurrant Anthocyanin Extract Supplement (30 Capsules)

After having struggled for years with weight issues, i found a sensible eating plan along with starting running to help me get fit but i was having issues with DOMS(delayed onset muscle soreness) and found Curranz after trying many other supplements. I decided to try them and i was very quickly amazed at the results. My DOMS almost stopped completely which meant i could up my activity levels. There have been some studies done with reference to fat burning with these supplements also. I have lost over 15 stone now and am much fitter. These capsules seem to help with menopause symptoms too. When i don’t take them, my symptoms always return. I can honestly recommend these amazing supplements. I have tried so many others in the past with little to no effect or difference. But with Curranz i have found them to work in so many ways. Obviously you need to eat healthy and exercise but a good supplementation regime is a must. Give Curranz a try.

I started using the product a few years ago to improve my exercise recovery and was pleasantly surprised to find it other benefits as well. My energy is improved, I don't suffer as many colds as previously and it is also great for hayfever, if I don't take it for a few days then I'm right back to my sniffing and streaming eyes. I always take it around my gym days , I don't suffer with muscle soreness which helps me stay on track with my exercise. If I forget to take CurraNZ I notice a real difference with my muscle recovery, hayfever and colds. I'm happy that it's all an all natural product and thoroughly recommend.

Good product but expensive.

I decided to try CurraNZ New Zealand Blackcurrant Anthocyanin Extract Supplement after reading positive reviews about its benefits. I wanted it to support weight loss as part of my fitness and healthy eating. I took it for a few months and experienced mixed results. On the positive side, I do feel like my energy levels have improved slightly and at first it seemed to support my weight loss. The capsules were easy to swallow and I liked it that they are from a natural source. However, after taking for a couple of month I haven't really noticed any significant changes in my overall well-being or performance. Given the price, I expected more noticeable results. While the supplement could be promising, it hasn't lived up to all the hype for me. It's decent, but I'm not sure if I'll buy it given the cost. Overall, it's an average product with some potential benefits.

Made no difference

I bought a pack after reading an article in the Runner’s World magazine and was quite sceptical about all the reviews and claims, BUT - I’ve been taking them for a week and initially noticed an increase in energy and general alertness. Went for a run this morning and have been struggling with a hip injury for months and am only just back running, so have been feeling very slow and sluggish. Ran like the wind this morning and honestly felt like I could run forever! I’ve read the science about how they work and today I am totally convinced by it!! These definitely are magic little pills!! One VERY happy customer!!

I didn't buy these originally for me,I got them for my wife's knee pains,she has since been taking Collagen and that is working for her. I have been suffering from chronic backache and sciatica since March,not even my go to Ultra Sound pain relief machine seemed to be working.I took these as a last resort,the pain was unbearable,i was totally crippled up with it,I could barely walk,just clutching at straws by this stage.I have nearly finished one packet taking two tablets a day.Pain is completely gone after ten days. Make of that what you will,but it worked for me.Good Luck.

This was helpful with gout 👍🏾 I also changed my diet and drank cherry juice, but this helped too.

Not sure why this works but I feel like my runs are better if I use before workout! I’m 61 and run 45 miles a week
