SOLARAY Vitamin C 500 mg with Citrus Bioflavonoids, 250 VegCaps

Solaray Vitamin C with Bioflavanoids in capsule form is my way of keeping my tissues healthy. Without this my gums bleed and my cuts don't heal quickly! Now that I'm older, I take a powdered form of collagen and this needs vitamin c to be utilized.

Staple since pre COVID and a staple in supplements, on and off breaks lfor max absorption. Price hasn’t changed much great deal, and helps w training.

I was looking for a basic vitamin C supplement and liked that this combines 500 mg of vitamin C with citrus bioflavonoids, rose hips and acerola instead of being just a plain vitamin C tablet. The bottle contains 250 capsules, so depending on how you take them, one bottle can last quite a while. I also prefer capsules over some of the large hard vitamin tablets that can be difficult to swallow. The one thing I'd improve is making the serving information on the front label more immediately obvious. As with any supplement, I wouldn't expect everyone to have the same experience, but from the standpoint of ingredients, quantity and convenience, this checks the boxes I was looking for.

This is one of the best vitamin C with the citrus bioflavonoids both have 500 mg each.

Very pleased that a 1:1 mix of vit C and bioflavanoids -- lots of products have fewer bioflavanoids. Four stars not five only because of the magnesium stearate. Could do without that, but will buy these until I find a similarly balanced product at reasonable price without it.
