how you know which fuse your car use? Mine is Audi A6 2017

Vehicle specifics you could google, 2 main ones used today are Blade and micro fuses, a simple google search will show you what they look like and pop your fuse cover open to look. A quick search looks like they use a mix of both depending which one you wish to take it from I would consult you owners handbook that will give you the location and number fuse you need to use.

Can i put any mini fuse in this like a 25amp and will work?

No sorry it's only rated up to 10 amps anything higher and you could risk damaging your car

Which is the top slot and which is the bottom slot?

Select the best position for access to the fuses. Both terminals are in the positive circuit

Would this work with my 2019 kia ceed? It has mini fuses. I assume this would work together...

I can't see why not. I've got a astra Sri that uses mini fuses and there's no problem at all. Just remember that it can be fitted the wrong way around. You need to be sure that the power for the auxiliary circuit your adding doesn't go through the fuse as well as the original load, otherwise it will be carrying twice the load. I speak from experience on this as I did it originally until I realised that I had it the wrong way around.
