Enjoying making dosas, utappa on it. Important to heat it enough for the first use, grease it well. From next time, no need for extra greasing.

dosa batter does not stick to the tawa
Purchased the item just around 10 days back. Did not season it any way. Just got it washed it with soap and started preparing dosa. Dosa batter does not stick to the bottom as is the case with non stick tawas in my house. The dosa also comes crisp with lesser oil. Initially, the tawa can be heated in high flame after spreading some oil in it. After that dosas can be made in medium flame. Don't know whether this review will be published by Amazon as my 2017 review on the worst quality of Phillips purifier purchased by me was never shown shown under "PHILLIPS review". The reasons for doing so was also not conveyed to me in my contact number or email address
