Caline Guitar Effect Pedal - Wah-Wah/Volume CP-520

This is surprisingly terrific for what it is. This is my little battery operated board. As you can see, it's not big and it's always had a mini wah on it. I wanted a volume pedal for when I sit in playing lap steel. I don't know why they're not all designed like this. A wah pedal should always be a volume pedal when it's not being a wah pedal. This one has a true bypass. It has lights and it's metal. It's built like a Tonka truck. It sounds fine. It sounds like a wah pedal and a volume pedal. I'll get more time to play with it later but so far so good. If you buy it, watch out, one of the little rubber stopples from the back of the pedal had come out of its little hole. A drop of glue and it's back in. No big deal.

Works as intended. Wah function is clean and clear. With overdrive a bit honky/barky. Volume control is a neat idea but the swell from quiet to a little sound is abrupt. My issue is that when wah is off the volume function is automatically engaged. This is a two-fold issue. If the volume function is on and the pedal not all the way down then obviously you’re not going to be getting full volume. Also, I truly think it’s altering my tone and is not full bypass since the pedal is still technically on. In conclusion I’ll hang onto it for perhaps a mini rehearsal/backup micro-rig set up.

Phenomenal small compact 2 in 1 wah/vol pedal I’ve tried all the mini wah/ vol pedals on the market from Joyo, Mooer, Hotone (1st and second gen), Sonicake and Valeton. This Caline is BY FAR THE most robust and better sounding wah/vol combo on the market

it’s ok a. Good cheap wah. The volume sweep is not large but for a basic wah sound it’s good enough. It is well constructed.

Well to start the volume side of it doesn’t work. It only goes slightly less quiet to full volume. Useless. The wah works fine enough but nothing to write home about. I guess I’ll keep it for the wah. Don’t want the hassle of sending it back. Very disappointed though. I’m a broke ass musician and I can’t afford the $100 and up pedals right now. I guess I’ll start saving for a Cry Baby or something. This sucks though. Was looking forward to practicing my sweeps. Cmon Caline! Get it together!

I was not impressed the pedal I order was having a ground noise when you turn on the Wah effects.

Malo, al hacer el recorrido del pedal sonaba un ruido molesto. Tal vez fue el potenciometro interno o algo del circuito pero sólo sonaba al mover el pedal. Tuve que devolverlo.
