Daily routine
The first thing that stood out to me was how clean this supplement is. Itโs gluten-free, dairy-free, and soy-free, which is a huge plus because my body is a little sensitive to those things. Plus, itโs non-GMO, so I felt good about putting it in my body. The capsule is pretty easy to swallow, and I like that itโs a once-daily supplement, so I donโt have to think about taking pills all throughout the day. I didnโt expect a miracle overnight, but after a week, I started feeling a little more energized in the mornings. Normally, Iโm a bit sluggish when I wake up, but after taking this multivitamin for a few days, I felt more awake and ready to tackle the day without that mid-afternoon crash. Itโs not like I suddenly had a burst of superhuman energy, but I definitely noticed the difference. It was like my body was finally getting the vitamins it needed! After a month of using this multivitamin, I realized that I hadnโt been getting sick, even though itโs cold season. Normally, I catch every bug that comes around, but my immune system seemed to be doing better. Plus, I noticed my skin felt a little clearer, and my mood seemed more stable, like my hormones were a bit more balanced, which was a nice bonus.

Made in the USA... high quality multi vitamin/mineral formula, with the right nutrients.
Made in the USA... high quality multi vitamin/mineral formula, with the right nutrients. There's a few things i look for that tell me right away whether a multi vitamin supplement is going to be the quality I demand.... yes, every multi is going to have vitamin B12, folic acid, and vitamin E.... but it's the forms of these key nutrients that tell me whether the brand is serious about their customers health... B12 for example, I don't want the old cheap stuff, cyanocabalamin, I want methylcobalamin. And same with folic acid, I don't want the regular old stuff, I want the methyl form.... and vitamin E, I definitely do not want the inferior "dl" form, I want the "d" form, "DL", signify s a synthetic source, where as d is a natural source... and this brand even has the P5P, B vitamin, which is hard to find nowadays and really signifies high quality. Made in the USA is a must for me. Great product.

A hard pill to swallow.
These Fairhaven Health Once-Daily Womenโs Multivitamins are hard pills to swallow. To be more accurate, these multivitamins are not in pill form, they are in capsule form.I was pleased when I saw that these Fairhaven Health Multivitamins came in a small bottle. Most multivitamins that I have taken before came in large bottles that took up a lot of space.I knew the minute that I pulled these multivitamins out of my mailbox that there might be a problem. I could already smell them. They smelled strongly of fish.To avoid smelling things that don't smell good, I known how to breathe through my mouth, so even though I worried that I might have an issue taking these multivitamins due to their strong smell, I was confident that I could do it.Its amazing that a month's supply of these large yellow capsules can fit in the small plastic bottle that they came in. I was disappointed to see how large these capsules are. I'd say that they are about a half size larger than a regular capsule is.Once I had finished taking the multivitamins that I already had stored in my pill dispenser, I loaded it up with these new multivitamins. I managed to power my way through taking three of these Fairhaven Health Women's Multivitamin before I had to cry uncle and give up.I can avoid the unpleasant smell of these multivitamins by not breathing through my nose when I swallow them but I don't know how to avoid their unpleasant taste as they are going down my throat, and I really don't like having to taste them for a second time later on when I burp. These Fairhaven Health Once-Daily Womenโs Multivitamins are hard pills to smell and they hard pills to swallow. They smell like a combination of fish, dirt, and, milk combined. Fish is smelly but I especially dislike the smell and taste of milk.I'm disappointed that I could not continue taking these multivitamins. I liked that they contain Vitamin K2 and Coenzyme Q10. I take Vitamin K2 daily and being to take it as a single dose with my multivitamin would have been nice.I would be willing to try this brand of multivitamin again if this formula was created in a tablet form. That tablet would need to have several coatings of gelatin to help contain the smell and the taste. In the capsule form that I have now I can only recommend these Fairhaven Health Once-Daily Womenโs Multivitamins to those folks who have no sense of taste or smell.Because I like that Vitamin K2 and Coenzyme Q10 were included this multivitamin formula I will rate them three stars.

Nice
โManufactured byโ a company with an address in Connecticut, but no indication where this was actually made. These multivitamins come in a bottle with a nice safety sealed cap. You get a 1-month supply (30 servings) of capsules, at a serving size of 1 per day. I'm satisfied with the amount of vitamin and supplement contents you get in each serving. For example: 1125mcg Vitamin A, 180mg Vitamin C, 300mcg Biotin, 180mg Vitamin C, 25mg Zinc, and so much more. I was a little bit worried about the size of capsules, because they are pretty big, but they go down without too much trouble, except for the terrible aftertaste they leave in my mouth.

Women's multivitamin
This supplement arrives as an individual bottle with a thermoplastic safety seal on its non-child safety cap, and an interior foil safety seal. On the side of the bottle, the lot number and expiration date are clearly visible in a large, easy to read font. The bottle contains 30 capsules and the serving size is 1 capsule, for 30 total servings per unit. The dietary supplement is free from gluten, dairy, peanut, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, soy, sesame, egg, and artificial flavours/sweeteners. Each capsule is 25mm long, with a diameter of 8mm. They are cellulose capsules filled with powder, rather than press form pills like most multivitamins. They have a strong, pungent vitamin scent, and are easy to swallow with water. As the bottle does not have a child proof safety cap, I would recommend keeping these out of reach of children.

Good mix and trusted company
This is a good mix of multivitamins, but it is light on eye supplements like Lutein and Zeaxanthin. I wish it contained a higher amount of both of those and a higher level of COQ10. That's just my personal preference though and the rest of the mix is pretty comprehensive.I didn't detect any smell or taste with these and had no trouble swallowing them. The price point is pretty much in the middle of vitamins. The company has been in business for a long time and has a very good reputation, which is important to me when choosing supplements.

Multivitamin supplement for women's
This supplement has not only the standard letter vitamins but also a blend of biotin, CoQ10, green tea and others. The capsule is easy to swallow and I usually take it with a full glass of water. This supplement is made by USA-based company and under NSF-certified facility so I feel confident taking it daily. For the price range of sub-$20 for one month supply, it is reasonable and comparable to the leading brands on the market.

Multivitamins
The girl's stomach handles these vitamins well. Less nausea than when using the super cheap big brand multivitamins. She does seem to feel a bit less sluggish too after taking these regularly compared to not. These are cheap but seem to be effective.
