Great insoles
These insoles are really helping me out. The fit was just right, didn't have to cut anything, just slid right in and they are very comfortable.

Big improvement
I wish I could say they eliminated all of the foot pain I experience as a restaurant server averaging 14,000 steps per shift But I can definitely say that once I get home and am off my feet I do not experience endless pain for the rest of the day (like I did before getting these) they have offered a significant improvement and I am glad that I bought them

Truly the Best Insoles for Foot Pain
I have been wearing Superfeet Green insoles now for nearly a decade. I have tried other brands, and even other models of Superfeet insoles (blue, berry, copper, and orange), but none of them have worked as well. At least in my experience, the build and quality of these insoles have remained the same every time I have replaced them. I tried these for the first time about 10 years ago when I developed a serious case of plantar fasciitis. It was bad. My job at the time required a lot of walking and my feet just couldn't handle it. Someone recommended that I try Superfeet, and at first I had no idea which of the insoles they make would be best for me. I have very low arches that are borderline flat, so naturally I first tried insoles for my actual foot type. They were ok but didn't really make a difference with my pain. So I decided to try the Green even though it was advertised for high arches. THAT is when I discovered my soul mate was a shoe insole. Everyone is different but let me tell you what to more or less expect if you've never used these before. These are not your typical cushiony, pillowy insoles that make you feel like you're walking on air. These are solid, and the foam is very dense and firm. I can see why this may put some people off; after all, at first feel they seem like they'll only make foot pain WORSE, not better. And truth be told, they DO hurt if you're not used to them. Seems counterintuitive, right? It's important to be aware that this initial discomfort is NORMAL and very common amongst first time users. In the beginning you may feel frustrated for having spent this much on insoles that seem to make the pain worse. But trust me, you NEED to give them time to break in. Your feet are likely not accustomed to this level of support, and yet that's exactly what those feet need. Especially if you have flat feet or low arches. These insoles force your feet into a more arched position which at first feels completely unnatural. But flat and low arches can bring on issues like knee and hip pain from taking on more weight that is more evenly distributed by those with normal arches. So yes, they are uncomfortable at first. You need to ease into them at your own pace. Wear them for an hour a day, then two hours, and so forth, and eventually the pain will not only go away, but you'll be amazed at what a huge difference they make. I use them in my everyday walking shoes as well as my running and trail shoes. No matter what the activity is, these insoles allow me to do it pain free. There are a few things to be aware of though that can't really be changed. Because they are so firm and don't really have any "give" when weight is applied, it COULD potentially change the way your shoe fits. These fit nicely into my medium width shoes as well as my wide fit shoes, but the fit is snug. It also will raise your heel somewhat. I've never found them to raise it so high that the shoe is unwearable though, and my feet still feel secure in the shoe. In fact, this slight heel raise has actually helped me wear shoes I couldn't before because of heel rubbing. These lift my heels just enough so that I no longer have that issue. The one thing I don't like is that these insoles can potentially change the performance of the shoe. For example, I have a great pair of running shoes that have a "springy" heel which feels really great when I do speed runs. But the springy-ness is noticeably dulled when using these insoles. Superfeet make a different insole that is specifically designed for runners, but nothing has been as good as the Green for pain relief and support. And ultimately that's more important to me. Hopefully this information helps you in your insole search quest. Remember, have patience, break them in and don't give up on them the first day. Your aching feet will thank you later and you'll wonder how you survived all this time without them.

Worked for me. Addressed my plantir fasciitis in about 2 months. Will always use in all my shoes.
Some background. I am a 185lb 60yo male. I walk 6-7 miles every day before 7am, generally 75% on concrete and 25% on hard-packed dirt, gravel. My soles wear evenly, and I change walking shoes (Merrell) every 4 months. I have done this for 20 years and until January this year was walking 10 miles every morning, rain, shine, heat, cold, dark. Early this year I self-diagnosed as having plantir fasciitis. I stopped walking for 3 months, tried Dr Scholls insoles, compression socks, boot. Not much rapid improvement. Pretty uncomfortable walking, particularly the first 3-5 minutes. I even bought a pair of Kuru shoes to try. No lasting improvement beyond feeling more comfortable at first. Then I was recommended Superfeet insoles by a friend of my wife. Tried a pair for 3 weeks at home, all the hours I was awake, and noticed progressive improvement. Very pleased, even as a chronic skeptic. I have now resumed my regular morning walking, but cautiously limit myself to around 12.5k - 15k steps. I arrive home free of foot pain, and have now bought a pair of Superfeet for all my shoes rather than swapping the one pair in/out. Even after just 4 months resumed walking I cannot imagine not using Superfeet, even as a preventative. For my feet, my use, these do the trick. I used the Superfeet 'pencil test' and found I needed their High Arch insoles, not a surprise but the verification was useful. Every pair I have bought (7 now) are exactly the same. Good consistency. I buy Men's 9.5-11 size and they perfectly fit my US 10.5M sized shoes without any need for trimming. RECOMMENDED. If you think you might benefit you probably will. Expensive, but discounts are to be found through the year. ADENDUM: One of my shoes (a Merrell walking shoe) developed a squeak. I found that a little lubrication between the 4 nubs (see picture of product) and the floor of my shoe solved all the squeak-squeak-squeak. I use a very small dab of silicone grease, which I had handy. Soap, shampoo, etc would work just as well.

Excellent quality but not for my two different arch heights.
I have high arches and decided to take advantage of the low price of SUPERfeet All-Purpose Support High Arch Insoles (Green) during the Black Friday sales. The problem for me was to decide which size to order since I wear womenโs 8.5. Iโm in between the size cut-off. So, I ordered one of each: โCโ W 6.5-8 & โDโ W 8.5-10. Surely, one of these pairs would suit my feet just fine. I take plenty of photos when I review a product to show how I formed my honest opinion while using the item, but they don't always upload in sequential order. I lined each size next to my usual PowerStep Pinnacle Plus Met womenโs size 8-8.5. It was obvious the SUPERfeet Green โCโ could easily fit inside my athletic shoes. โDโ was too wide and long, and I didnโt want to cut them so I could return them. I did a quick study of the arch compared with my PowerStep that sat on top of it, and I thought the SUPERfeet looked less high but wasnโt certain. The hard plastic โstabilizer capsโ underneath both orthotics are sturdy and durable to support my weight when I walk. I anxiously decided to wear one of each for comparison since I needed to walk my dog that morning. There was a noticeable difference between both orthotics as I walked the neighborhood. When we got back home, I pulled them out of my shoes and studied them more closely. I hope you can see from my side-by-side photos with my pointing fingers that the SUPERfeet has a deeper slope, and the PowerStep has a gradual upslope towards a supportive metatarsalgia pad. I then remembered I have two different arch heights that complicate things and also affect my comfort. I found my wet feet arch height drawings from 2/2023, and you can see that my left foot has a higher arch than my right. It then occurred to me that the Powersteps with the metatarsalgia pads help compensate for my different arches. In the end, I will unfortunately have to return both sizes โCโ and โDโ of the SUPERfeet. Donโt get me wrong. SUPERfeet are an excellent quality, in my opinion, but like with anything you wear, you need to try them on to see how they feel when you walk on them.

Love these insoles
I have used them for 10+ years and they reduce knee and ankle pain on long hikes. The green ones have good arch support. I now use in all my shoes including dress shoes for work - just wish they had a cheaper multipack.

Feet feels better
I have a problem with my foot hurting from longer walks for a while. Physiotherapy and other insoles has not had desired effect. Could be that from using Superfeet Green insoles for months that my foot is feeling better after longer walks. Great stability, fit, comfort and helpful in aligning the foot the right way

Good product
These and the soles brand are both good durable insoles for people needing arch support. They are stiff enough to work well.
