Just a great CO2 laser and eco system
Superior product! We own many of the xtool product and have had a LED diode laser since the d1 5w through the F1 ultra. This is the completion of the collection and it works just beautifully. Together with UV PRINTING, this is just an awesome eco system from xtool.

Really A Great Machine
Really an amazing printer. All the reviews stated this but now I see why. Ended up adding the IR laser, the conveyor and RA3 rotate device. Everything just works well. On the negative side, I don't think the library of settings for different materials is that great. That part was overhyped. But, the machine and software are quite excellent.

Great machine. Terrible job delivering g by amazon
Thankfully the x tool is working great. Itโs an awesome machine. I bought this for my husband. I have on problem and that was the Amazon delivery. The delivered it to the wrong house and when told it was 2 doors down, they could barely get it there and dropped it. Terrible delivery experience and the people who delivered didnโt have the correct truck or equipment for a delivery this size. It was a third party delivery.

HUUUGE Bed Size, but NOT actually 36"x18"
I would give 5 stars if I was not limited to the horrible software xTool forces you to use with the P3, maybe I am just having difficulty adjusting to the new software after using Lightburn for nearly 3 years. I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed after about 6 weeks with this machine. There were some times I was actively banging my fists into my desk in frustration over the software AND learning how to use the RA3 with a full wrap on 40oz tumblers, but the laser itself has performed well. I have cut 1/2 Pine (HD Purebond) with ease, 5-6mm Maple (HD Purebond) like butter, and MDF way faster than my 50watt Omtech Polar. The only issue I've had with machine function, which could or may have been user error, was a problem after an update grabbing the photo of the entire bed because studio kept saying the centric circles were covered - they were not. I unclipped some of the wiring in the laser head after reading some article on the support website, and it started photographing the entire bed again. Another issue I have with the xTool Studio software is: if you have no experience with lasers, the "preset" cut settings xTool recommends are way too high when selecting material from the library. Any experienced laser user knows that running a co2 tube at 90-100% power is a good way to shorten the lifespan of the tube. An inexperienced user may not know this, and higher power leads to more char and burning, too. However, the SIZE OF THE BED: just wow, but I will say it isn't actually a 36"x18" workable area. I forgot the measurements we got, I think the width was more around 17". I haven't even opened the auto-feeder yet because all my projects have fit. At this point, I'm getting a little intimidated by the unopened box, BUT I will eventually open it and do a large project. As far as "ease of use" and "value for the money": I'm not sure as for the ease of use. In the P3 groups, there are a lot of folks asking for help who are brand new to lasers. Do your research. The xTool Support page on their website is surprisingly comprehensive, with many videos and tutorials. There are also Facebook groups where admins, xTool affiliates and group members who own the machine provide advice and answers to questions posted. No laser has a good value for the money, all the decent ones are astronomically high. xTool releases new lasers every few months, so there is no resale value. Some folks made their money back pretty quickly with decent work and items for sale, and some just let it sit in a box, intimidated by learning something new. Let me back track real quick and be honest about folks making their money back; even people who make items I would never make, sell or buy are successful. There is literally a market out there for everything, if you're getting this to make items to sell.

Good machine, Xtool support not so great
Great machine but support is terrible. Contacted them thru Xtool website with a couple questions and never did get a response. Having 2nd thoughts of making this purchase for parts and support in the future.
