Great product
Everything works great on it. You will need to manually turn the feature on or off. For hot water, cold water or ice. It wont have any ready unless it’s turned on. No sensor for the machine to stop making ice when storage is full.

Its not worth the money and the manufactor does not respond to inquiries.
This product was delivered on January 3, 2026, by the 23rd the ice machine stopped working then the hot water stopped heating. Attempted contact with manufacture, no response. Called Amazon and requested refund. They were great. They arranged a pick up to return the product. It was and is not worth the money I paid for it. Would definately no recommend to any one.

This machine was the best purchase ever with the three different water temperatures plus having the ice machine provide my family with all options and very easy to use and the best Functionality of all the machines I reviewed before choosing this machine. You will be very pleased with your purchase.

Defective product on arrival - Good Customer Service to Resolve
Unfortunately, this product only worked for about a day before the ice section filled with water and we were unable to use it. Customer service was top notch though, they processed the return quickly sending a shipping label and instructions and credited our Amazon account right away. This rated well for others so I would assume this is a one-off and although it did cause some inconvenience they took care of it quickly.
