I bought this for an 8 years old. He;s also got a trick skateboard and I wasn't sure he would like this one. The opposite happened, he loves this one. He expent a good couple of months riding it and got very good at cruising around on it going everywhere. Quality is great, withstands all the abuse a child can inflict and so far has required zero maintenance. All black also looks great. I wish I had a picture to show the marks, scratches and damaged, but the thing keeps on going.

In comparison with similar bards this Carver does seem to be quite well-priced, and certainly performs well for the money. It’s a few years since I rode a board like this so some younger members of my family have been giving this one a good try. The skull design printed under the board isn’t to our taste but suspect it’s designed to appeal to a ‘cooler’ market; instead we prefer the look of the alternative ‘face’ design rather than this one. However the board itself is pretty good and strong, though not too heavy and on the whole we like it.

Bought this for my son at Christmas and he absolutely loved it, it is solidly built and the bearings roll smoothly, the wheels are huge too (compared to his other skate, a Kruze, short cruiser) he has already put it through the paces and is very happy with it and its responsiveness. He is a keen skateboarder, and he wanted to try out the surf-like skateboard experience, absolutely recommend it, was considering getting him a Carver when I found this for a fraction of the price!

Chose this off the back of positive reviews. Shortly after have taken the board out of the packaging, I noticed that the trucks had been installed wonky, tolerancing problems... After a quick try of 10mins, the sqeaking became noticably louder from the pumping/carving turns, producing heavy scraping sounds. As it turns out, the tension spring which pulls a hardened stud (attached to the rotating truck arms), slowly began grinding itself out of the soft alloy material. Not long after it destroyed itself - no means of repair. *DO NOT BUY* - Stop producing low quality items that are destined for the scrapheap.

Love it. Both my boy and I use it regularly. I've had a few tumbles but that's my fault!

One of the new generation surf / cruiser boards this comes in a black design with a skull imprint. The carver is slightly shorter than a regular skateboard and is designed for use on pavements rather than performing tricks in a skatepark. My 14 year old who is a skateboard enthusiast loved it because it is lightweight and is easy to master especially when going round corners. He did find it a bit slower than his skateboard but that is the idea he says ( I woulnt have a clue) he likes the design and uses it to go to his friends houses.

This is a great little board, built to last with solid (easily replaced / serviced) components. The bearings are very, very smooth and there's a huge amount of glide on even a bumpy, but level, surface. This is quite a small board, but it is very portable and easy to take on the tube, bus and up and down stairs etc. The skull design might be a bit grim for some tastes, but provided you are wearing a helmet and not being stupid then it should be an omen!

This is a very sturdy piece of kit, so worth every penny in that regard. The turning circle could be a bit smaller, and it is quite wobbly for a small(ish - aged 9) child. Once moving, it corners well, and I am sure will deliver to its full max as my son handles it more and more and becomes used to it. The stability means that he has already gained confidence in this regard. I am disappointed by the skull design, which just looks cheap and unnecessary, but you can always paint over that if you want.

Soy principiante , tengo 41 tacos i mido 186 peso 84kg. Ideal para empezar solo puedo hacer un comentario negativo, la tabla es un poco justa mide 70cm aprox i estrechita. Por lo demas un compra exelente sino te quieres gastar un pastizal.

Prodotto con eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo, il Truck risponde in maniera ottima, tavola buona e non pesante, cuscinetti migliorabili ( analizzando però il prezzo totale dello skate più che giustificato il fatto che non siano il top, comunque di buona qualità). Ottima per chi vuole iniziare senza spendere un capitale in tavole costose. Consigliato.

Las primeras puestas en pie va súper fluido y estable, soy novato y desde el primer día me fue genial, no es de gran calidad, rueda delantera izquierda no se deslizaba como las demás ruedas ( por poner algún fallo) pero para iniciarte..? No busques mas!

Prodotto consigliatissimo, un long davvero carino e funzionale. Piccola pecca, togliendo la plastica dai lati si è leggermente rovinato il nero sul ventre, ma nulla di importante. Per il resto va totalmente incontro alle mie aspettative ed è stato amore a prima vista.
