While I trust Dr. Stoppani (the main reason I use these) these things make my urine look like nuclear waste. I drink over a gallon of water a day, 200lbs, eat them with food.. and my urine still has an intense smell and color that I have never experienced in my 40 years on this earth.I'm gonna continue taking them, but perhaps its tooooo much B12 for me.

This is the best multivitamin out there. I have worked in the fitness supplement industry and been involved in bodybuilding for 20+ years and have become very familiar with multivitamins. For men and women, this is the best one out there. Jim Stoppani really knows his stuff. You will feel better using this. Make sure to get the ZMA Jym to take at bed time to get the full effect. I am 44 years old and personally these work out better than any others I have used in the last 20+ years.

One of the best multivitamins out there. Has all the required elements without all the extras you find in other multis. We've tried others including the GNC Mega 50+ other targeted vitamins. Like Jym the best. If these don't work for you also consider Orange Triad (that's my 2nd choice).

Have used a handful of other vitamins over the year. These are the best i have used. Easy to swallow. No aftertaste. Noticed a difference in my daily overall being in just a few days. Great for active adults.
