If the plate requires a jaw type puller then yes. If it requires a bolt on 2 or 3 point then, No. All depends what you have.

it should caveat being pulleys less than 1 1/2 (36mm or so) could be a challenge getting jaws to set properly.But once engaged should be easy. A hint spray a little lubricant on shaft and gently tap pulley to loosen. and when i mean little and gently trust me...
