This product is good, it has helped with my gut and my mood. its also helps with my appetite it has slowed it down. i would recommend this product to anyone, and I will be going to purchase more. i havent took it long enough to lose any weight that i can tell, yeah everything takes time, ,

Very good probiotic for digestion👏🏻
After trying this product, I was really impressed with the results. Before using it, I did some research on the benefits of these capsules, and honestly, I feel like they match very well with the descriptions I found. I usually struggle with constipation, but after starting this product, I’ve noticed that I can go to the bathroom much more easily. I highly recommend it if you deal with bloating, since it has helped me a lot in that area as well. So far, my body has responded really well to this probiotic. I will definitely continue using it to see what other positive benefits I can get from it.

These were NOT effective
I have been taking probiotics for over a year now and the primary benefits I have noticed are regular bowel movements and decrease in bloating/gas. After taking the Dr. Vitamin Solutions probiotics for two weeks, I am not experiencing these benefits. I have been experiencing some occasional bloating and gas, but most importantly I am not having regular bowel movements.

Good option for daily use
I’ve been taking this probiotics and enzymes supplement for about 15 days, and so far it seems like a good option. The capsules are easy to take and don’t have a strong taste. I like that it combines both in one product. I’ve been using it daily and it feels light on the stomach. Overall, my experience has been positive.

Mild probiotic and digestive aid for IBS-C, a long with a high fiber diet and exercise.
Not effective for combatting stomach bugs/diarrhea/antibiotics but works most of the time for regular daily use
