It works.
Bought this to try as I suffer from leg cramps and restless legs. Sprayed it on my legs an hour before bed and I had the best sleep ever. Definitely worth it.

It’s a good quality oil
I often suffered from severe and painful cramps in both legs. Taking magnesium orally was not as effective as applying magnesium oil for immediate relief. I found the texture of the oil quite light which absorbed quite quickly into the skin without leaving a sticky feeling.
