Excellent entertainment for indoor cat!
We received the AsFrost interactive cat toy today and am highly impressed! โPer the instructions, we immediately charged the motor using the charging cord provided in the box, which we plugged into our own USB charger. โThe charging cord is a nice quality braided cord. โMotor arrived mostly charged, so it only took approx. 15 min to fully charge and for the charging light to turn green. โSet up of the unit was easy. We set it up around our dining room table, which allows our cat (4 yrs old) to use the table chairs to hide/stalk the toy but yet has plenty of room to run around the table chasing down the toy. โThe rope is soft and if our cat lays on it, both the toy/rope stop moving, so thereโs no risk of him getting hurt/entangled in it. โThe toy makes a mouse sound, which we initially kept on to entice our cat from another room, however, it can be turned off, if desired. We have since turned off the sound as once our cat was engaged in playing with the toy, he was then indifferent to the sound. โOur cat was a little apprehensive at first (always is with anything new) but after a few minutes, he became so excited/engaged with this toy and began chasing it around and talking to it. โI like that it has 3 different speeds. We started him off at the slow (walk) speed, which I would say is more like power walking and he took to this toy unlike any other interactive toy heโs played with. โThe motor is quiet, so when they play with it at night, it does NOT disrupt our sleep. ;) โThe toy runs for 15 min and then shuts off. Once it shut off, he still pounced/played with the feather toy, all the while chatting up a storm. He continued to paw at the feather toy in hopes to revive it and even walked up to the motor inquisitively trying to see how to turn it back on (yep, heโs a smart one). We intend on turning this on in the morning before we leave for work, midday (on the days we WFH) and at night before bedtimeโto release his energy, exercise him and hopefully aid in a restful daytime nap/nightโs sleep. Overall: excellent toy for indoor cats and is unique in its design (never saw anything like this before). Highly engaging/entertaining for our cat and even found it fun/entertaining to watch his excitement as he played with it. Our cat gives it four paws up!!

Entertaining and best cat toy
This is by far the best cat toy ever invented - as shown in this photo- our two cats immediately played with the toy over and over again itโs great for exercise for them and it is a lot of fun to watch them play. Easy to put together!

10 Meows 2 paws up!
My cats get so much enjoyment out of this brilliant toy. I think it is well worth the money spent since they play so well together going after the little toys. When we set it up they are excited and when a 15 minute session is over they seem so disappointed that I have to turn it back on. I just wish the replacement toys were better priced because when I looked them up it is quite expensive and comes with another reel of string which I would rather purchase separately when needed. The toys wonโt last with how much they enjoy using this product but they are the perfect size.

Could be better
The concept behind this toy is excellentโitโs designed to keep cats engaged and active, and when it works, it definitely catches their attention. Unfortunately, the execution leaves a lot to be desired. The ball bearings wear out quickly, causing the toy to lose its smooth movement after a short time. The twine that comes with it is very low quality and frays almost immediately, making it unsuitable for long-term play. Itโs also advertised to go on every 2 hours for 15 minutes automatically, but mine never did that. The remote control is practically worthlessโit barely works, if at all. While the idea has potential, the durability and functionality just arenโt there. If youโre looking for something that will reliably entertain your cats over time, this isnโt it. It ends up being more frustrating than fun.

Expensive cat toy, but playtime approved!!
Great product! This is day 2 of my fluff boy playing with the setup. I only used three of the anchors to confine the toy to a small space. The instructions for setup were basically nonexistent, I ended up finding a YouTube video on it just to make sure I put it together right. I also was a bit hesitant of leaving my cat with it unattended at first because of the rope attachment. He likes to pull at rope and I didn't want the risk of it coming undone and him swallowing the rope. I just monitored his play the first day but I genuinely think it safe now, just check the string often. This also could've been a bit more affordable ~$35-45. Cons: Price, Insecure rope attachment, Setup instructions Pros: Cat Fun, Hands off, Self-timer

Purrrrrrfect
My cats are loving this toy!! It has an automatic and manual mode. It can be used with a remote so you can interact with the cat or on automatic mode which has it on for 15 minutes and then off for 2 hours to give them a break and it repeats this 5 times before staying off. The speed can be adjusted for the needs of different cats and it makes noise to simulate mice sounds. Itโs a great toy!!!

Endless fun for my doggo!
I got this for my 15-pound dog, and he is OBSESSED. It is mentally stimulating and tires him out without the use of treats, and he can go on for more than an hour, but I stop the game because I feel like he's getting overheated. He even puts his paw on the rope to stop it from moving to "catch" the feathers. The battery life lasts forever with this game. I support the 3 corners with dumbbells on top so they don't knock over. You can make a bunch of different courses with the rope that it comes with (very durable). The mechanism makes mouse noises, which are meant to raise a cat's curiosity, and there's no way to turn the sound off. I'm really happy with this game for my dog, and I'm curious how other pets in my family will react to this game.

Durable Lure Course
Purchased this a few months ago and now feel I have a well rounded sense of my thoughts. Firstly, my cat LOVES the lure course. You can see here she enjoys sitting with it even when it's not on. She knows it's hers. If she could talk, I'm sure she'd have vital feedback to share. As for her humans - we can talk and have some thoughts. The base motor works well. The volume of the imitation mouse squeaks are louder than I'd prefer but are tolerable. The other three base points are well built and have strong and long Velcro which helps if you're securing them on larger parts of furniture. The range of speed (which is adjustable) seems wide enough for various setups. The spool of twine that comes with the product lasted longer than I thought it would and has enough integrity to last before our cat gets bored with a particular setup and chews threw the twine. The remote, unfortunately, never worked and itself isn't labeled (you can find this in the user manual). The fuzzy lures are a favorite. I was + surprised one of the "lures" was simply plastic strips that I presume must be tied to the twine in some way. Simply put - plastic isn't a material we want for our cat. It's basically like tying a shred of plastic grocery bag to the twine. While I wouldn't encourage someone to leave the lure course setup unattended (or while other humans are home and unaware), I can share that the twine and all the bases have held up to me tripping over the course many many many times. Notable - the motor has a setting that allows your pet to activate the course without owner interaction. This feature is a point of interest for owners who work away from home for lengths of time. While I recommend putting the course away after usage, your pet can interact with the lure for added enrichment without owner involvement. Just remember not to trip over it! You can get creative with course setup and try to keep it out of high traffic areas in your home. My favorite type of setup is guiding it around large furniture in our living room so that the lure is hidden from view until it emerges from behind a blind. This type of set up is like "leveling up" your pet. My final feedback point is the battery. I think its adequate. If we leave the course set up during the day when no one's home, the battery only lasts about a day and needs charged each day. And naturally, it lasts longer when you only turn it on as needed. In summary, I think I safely speak for my cat when I say she'd recommend this lure course. Hopefully not all the products have defective remotes.
