It was a very pleasant surprise since it's been a year since I purchased it, but I greatly appreciate the customer service! Original review: Bought this about a year ago and it worked great initially, when everything was new and solid. We normally use it about once a week, and usually one full tank is enough to do the whole apartment. The first problem I ran into was getting additional replacement pads. I couldn't find any pads sold by the brand itself, at least on Amazon. I bought some for a different brand similar model but the size is different where they actually attach to the steamer so had to return those and get a 3rd party replacement set which don't work well because if you need to lift the steamer even just enough to take pressure off the head, the pads just go flying everywhere. The hook and loop system won't hold them at all and it because less "sticky" very quickly so even the pads that came with the machine started flying off quite early. The other issue is that a few months after purchasing it started squeaking and what looked like small pieces of burned plastic started flying out of where the pads are attached. Seems like the plastic isnt rated for the heat that the steam puts out and started deteriorating. So now it just squeaks all the time as the pads are rotating. Will be buying a shark roller brush steamer to replace this one, the shark rotating pad steamer is actually a bit cheaper than this model right now, I would go with that one if I were to buy a pad steamer again.

Ugh!!! I purchased my first one and within five minutes the right pad would not stay on. This is my replacement one. On my third use SAME THING is happening. The right pad does not stay on. I only have tile and hardwood floors I have attached a video to show what it does. The machine cleans well but if the pads don’t stay on it’s useless

FINALLY! I found a mop that I love. I have tried countless mops over the years and hated everyone. I have the Shark hydro vacuum, Swiffer wet jet, Swiffer wet cloth mop and Cedar spin mop. Beside the Ocedar all of them 👎

Love this mop but pads keep coming off while using it. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong as I'm not hard on it and am using the mops provided with the mop vac. I like that I can clean them, the mop head angles really well and the body of it can go low allowing me to go under the bed and furniture a good bit. This makes my floors look so good and I feel they are sanitized after I use the steam mop. It does take a minute or so to heat up (understandably) and you have to tilt the body and press a button to have the steam function work. I love this mop however for some reason the pads keep flying off or bunching up and swinging off. They are supposed to click in place and they do but they keep still coming off like quite often. Often enough that I'm furious by the time I'm done. They're easy enough to stick on but I wish there was a way to clip them so they were harder to take or come off. The cord is super long which I like because it allows me to go for a long time without having to change outlets. Water is easy to add and I always dump the water after I'm done just because I don't want it sitting idle with water in it for periods of time.

Very mid for how expensive it is. The pads constantly fall off. Takes a while to get ready when you go to turn it on. Nice that its steam but I never really reach for it because its just obnoxious to use.

My Pursteam quit working, would not let out steam. I contacted CS and immediately they responded and issued a new unit at no cost to me. It was still under warranty, I'd say I had at that point had it for about 6-8 months. So nice to have good old customer service like it was back in the day when I was growing up. Steamer works wonderful a must have.

This thing is CRAP!!!!!! I bought one less than a year ago and it broke, now I bought it again to replace it, and the reason because a bought the same one again is because I liked the turning pads that it has, because there are not many like that on Amazon, but this one doesn't even turned on. So I keep giving it second chances but I feel disappointed every time!!! :(

I purchased floor cleaning products from a competitor before as well as their spin/steam mop. The unit's ability to produce steam stopped after about 2 months of use. This product is awesome! It produces much more steam more quickly, is simpler to operate, and is much better designed. This company is in the 'steam' business - they make a number of steam products. I believe they have a much more durable and robust steam generation system. As the manufacturer suggests, I would also recommend that just distilled water be used. I highly recommend this product. As another reviewer said, "this is the real deal."

Easy to assemble and use. But the extra pads that were reccommended to accompany the machine do not fit.

I thought this was great at first, but I used it once and halfway through the second time.The spinning head fell off. I don't have a huge house, so there's no reason why, after a use and a half that it should fall apart already
