Comes with charger to charge case with the 2 ten unit pods in it case has spot for the 2 pads you using , can take anywhere can control off case when they are on with speed modes and intensity! Pain relief for nerve issue muscles bad backs and hip which I have I put wherever pain is to get relief, even walk around with on so I can do things , versatility yes! Super durable! Didn’t even need directions was so easy , can’t even feel on skin soft !!!! Honest review purchased better then drugstore kinds .pls give me thumbs 👍 up on review i use this all time on back legs whenever something is acting up

This is a great device for helping me manage pain in my back from stenosis. I have used it on my hips, arms, shoulders, and it provides immediate relief. I purchased another widely marketed device and this one works the same and is a bit more “elegant” with much more reasonably priced replacement gel pads. The sleek case stores and charges and is also the control, which is very nice. I wished I had seen this first. I bought another one for my friend! Highly recommend.

I have had this for probably 6 months now and I will say it is amazing l. I love the portability of it how well the pads fit anywhere that you have Sachs or pain and need some relief. They are very easy to use right out of the box with easy instructions and an app. The have helped my sore mistakes in my back a lot. So I would say that they have a good value for your money overall.

Where to start, out of package the first thing I notice is the cast itself is about the size of some earbud cases. I really like the fact that the pads are also stored in the case. I have older wired sets they just aren't convenient. The 2nd thing I noticed it the round pads snap onto the sticky pads are not very secure. I lost one right out of the gate. I looked all over for it finally found it in my underwear lol so yes very light weight and not bulky. In my defense I was trying to use it in my lower back. The next thing I notice is you can not refastened it while the sticky pad is on your skin. I had to take mine off snap the round disk back on then reapply. So I just d think the company could work to improve the functionality. If you have ever been to therapy these ten type units are used often and work as I expected. I wanted this to help improve my lower back pain. For a cordless model I was surprised at the shock intensity. Do not start at a high level start low let it cycle through before you crank it up. I have run 3 full cycles and intensity and speed are holding up great. I didn't like that I had to turn the disk on as well as the case. I felt this was unnecessary and can be improved. Over all I'm impressed straight out of the box with this little gem. I definitely think it's worth the money. It will be wonderful with anyone who deals with chronic pain.

I was so excited for this machine, and I am so disappointed in it. We had to buy a different tens unit to replace it because it just wasn't working for us. At one point I had it on another person, someone that is not tech savvy at all, and I regretted putting it on her every 20 minutes. The timer would run out and I would have to stop what I was doing and turn everything back on again because it had been a few minutes and the leads turned off too. Which is not something I liked to do because moving them, and applying pressure to them, caused her a lot of pain. We ended up giving her our Avcoo compact because it had continuous mode and was way easier for her to use than this machine. The battery life is so bad for this machine. Our tens units get a lot of use and there isn't always time to charge them in between uses. This machine dies after a few hours of use. We are a chronic pain household. There have been times where our tens units get used for more than 18+ hours continuously(the person did eventually admit that they needed medical care and agreed to get it). The strength of the pulses seemed very weak compared to both Avcoo models. On the Avcoo my pain usually disappears around intensity 11-14. This machine I was having to take it a lot higher to get the same effects. The case also pops open super easily, often causing the contents to scatter on the ground. If you don't put the pads in before the leads they will snap onto the pads and have to be removed so you can close the case. If you put it in your purse be sure to put it in it's own little carrying bag, because if you don't it will pop open in your purse and everything will be crummy and not charged. It was nice to not have cords to deal with, but we ended up shoving it in a drawer and it's there in the event that our other machines are busy or otherwise out of order. We also didn't notice until I was using the machine for the first time, but on the box it says not to use it at the same time as your smart phone. That is a big negative for us.

I really do like this product but its downsides knock it down a couple stars for me. Before this, I tried a tens device with all the tangled wires and a wireless Bluetooth one controlled by my phone. Compared to those, the design of this thing is amazing. I love that it has two devices you can use separately or together and they fit (with the gel pads!) into a little travel charging case just like wireless headphones. Even the shape of the case feels good to hold in your hand. I love that I can control them with the case or directly from the devices and I don’t need to rely my phone and some crumby app. The battery life isn’t bad either! The downsides: The devices automatically shut off after 15 minutes and as far as I can tell there is no way to change that. My wired tens device went up to 90minutes and my Bluetooth one would go until the battery died, your phone died, or you lost connection so 15 minutes goes by way too fast for me and I have to keep turning it back on. The biggest downside for me though is that the lowest intensity setting is NOT very low. It’s not ideal for sensitive areas like the wrist or if you’re sensitive in general. Both of my other devices started very low and this one on its lowest setting is probably equivalent to about 20-30% intensity on the other two. My wrists are what I most need this for but I need to be very careful where I place the pads

Positive: They work really well. Small storage, similar to an earbud case. They come with a couple of pads, but they seem to actually last, I've used the same pad 6 times and it definitely has life left. And I'm using them after work, so I'm not using them on clean skin, and still has good adhesion. Negative: not much really? When you activate them they beep to turn on, and it's pretty quiet so you can miss it? I'm stretching to find something I don't like here. I suffer from lower back pain on a regular basis. My hamstrings get super tight, and pull on my lower back muscles, which causes discomfort and pain. I also carry all my stress in my shoulders and neck. In the past I have worked with a chiropractor and masseuse to work the strain out, generally utilizing E Stims in their office to help. My chiropractor used to joke about how I was the "tightest" client he ever had. I bought these thinking "Eh the price point isn't going to put me out a lot of money when they don't work." I was wrong. I made sure they were fully charged, put the test strips on, and took them for a spin. I started with my lower back, and wowsa! I placed one right on a muscle that was sending pulses down my outer leg muscle, so definitely getting some good juice. They have a 1-16 intensity and I was using about an 8. On one charge I have used them on my lower back 3 times, and each of my thighs/hamstrings, and once on my neck. It's been 3 days now, and while the muscles are still sore, there is a massive improvement. I'm not getting out of bed like an 80 year old man.
