I recently tried the ARM & HAMMER Odor Blasters In-Wash Scent Booster, and it’s quickly become a staple in my laundry routine. Excellent buy! Works well. Clothes smell great! I can use it with my sensitive skin. It’s better than the Downy, in my opinion. The price is great!

I ordered these after using downy scent beads religiously for years. These smell better and last longer than the downy ones and are a fraction of the cost!! The main difference that I’ve noticed is the clothes aren’t as soft. However, my spouse is a big rig mechanic and using the downy I could always smell the remnants of the diesel, coolant and whatever other liquid got on his clothes. With these, I can’t hardly smell any of that after the wash!!

Not a fan of the HE Washers because they seem to leave clothes with a musty odor more often than not. Thought I'd try this product and see if it helps. You have to use quite a bit in your washing machine before putting in the clothes. You don't want to add this after on top of your clothes! The scent is very powerful and too flowery for my taste. Very overpowering! It does last for quite awhile. Washed blankets and sheets / pillow cases with this and they held the scent for several weeks in the drawer and several days after being put on the bed. I'm only giving it a 4 star because I'm not a fan of the scent but it did seem to eliminate the odors. At first I thought maybe the scent just overpowered it but after the scent wore off there was no odor left behind.

It does it's job. Fragrance is there. It's not as heavy as some products but it's also got smaller beads that dissolve better in larger loads making them washable. It shouldn't cause issues with your washer (supposedly the larger beads do-- it's why I opt for the smaller beads). The texture isn't sticky We haven't had any skin irritations. I do wish there were more fragrances available in larger sizes, but these work for us and our weekly laundry use so we'll continue to subscribe as of now.

First a whole lot less expensive than the downy brand. Great scent - just add to the wash with the detergent. I tend to air dry most of my items and find that the smell can linger for a couple of months. It’s great for throw blankets that I use in the winter time while sitting on the couch in front of the fire!
