What are the key features on your wheelchair which make your wheelchairs better then those inexpensive ones?

We use high quality solid aluminum round bars. Our legs are held in place with screws and will not slip. We use thick large neoprene padding and strap which add to the support and comfort of a pet’s leg with no injury. We use solid wheels.

Why do you use weight in your advertisements but say we must measure our pet for a proper fit?

Weight is only used as a guide. You must measure your pet. Each adjustable wheelchair size will only adjust from its min to max adjustments, this will tell you if that size will fit. If not then the buyer can look at the other adjustable sizes.

I have a Large size Dachshund that weighs 15kg. Why can’t I just order a Small to Medium size wheelchair?

Don’t order the L just because you have a large size Dachshund. Your Dachshund may only need the M wheelchair; the only way to find out is to measure your pet. Even though the M says 7-14 kg it may fit your dog because we use weight only as a guide.
