Old World Craftmanship and Personal Customer Service!
There is literally nothing at all one can say bad about this company. Truly. I ordered literally everything in the Greek Key pattern. Everything! It all flowed in and two glasses and a coffee cup were damaged. The company assured me of replacements and indeed they arrived today. If you are looking for an heirloom quality set of fine dining dishes this is exceptional. Not everyone likes the pattern, but it is amazingly elegant and sparkles so well. I am looking forward to passing it over to my daughter and we will use it for years and then it gets passed on down. Thank you so very much for offering this pattern and your excellent care!
