I'm delighted with this thermal eye mask. The heat is soft and relaxing, ideal for relieving eye fatigue after a long day in front of screens. It has several temperature levels and timer, so it is easy to adjust it to my needs. In addition, its silk cover feels very comfortable and delicate on the skin. The battery lasts a long time and not having cables makes it much more practical. Without a doubt, an excellent purchase to rest better and enjoy moments of relaxation.

This heated eye mask is soft and silky and the warmth is nice. I appreciate the variable time feature and adjustable heat levels. But the eye mask does not sit right. It only gets warm in one small spot, and to get that spot on my eyes, the mask partially plugs my nose. If I put it where it's comfortable on my nose, it warms my eyebrows but not my eyes. Unfortunately, I will have to return it.

This is the second one of these I have ordered. I am very pleased with everything about this mask except for the fact they don't offer a replacement cover. A replaceable cover would be very helpful for two reasons: the elastic band that goes around your head won't stretch out as fast and you will have an extra one to use when you are washing the other one.

This mask lasted for just over a year. Now only heats for a short time after charging. I have updated this mask to 4 star due to the fact that the company, Aroma Therapy, voluntarily sent me a new one! A company that truly backs up its product!

This eye mask soothes my dry eyes in 15 minutes. It is easy to use before bedtime since to charges on a cable that is removed before use.
