Works perfectly fine, no issues at all • Sounds average, best for classic 90s songs, flat bass • Connection wise no issue, connects instantly • Many people complains about its FM, it works perfectly fine, all you have to do, just tune the FM/AM channels first and after that it works perfectly • in terms of looks, i would say fine, but a little small

Wonderful product. Great collection of 60s, 70s and 80s songs. Small enough to carry along between rooms. Great sound. Perfect gift for people who enjoy songs of that period.

I had purchased a Saregama Carvaan music system from Amazon to gift to my senior. Unfortunately, the product was defective right out of the box — it simply did not work. I immediately contacted Amazon customer support, and during the very first call, your team clearly instructed me to first place a replacement order, then reject that replacement, and finally raise a refund request the next day. I followed these steps exactly as advised, yet now I am being told that there is no return or exchange policy for this product. This is completely unprofessional, unethical, and misleading. Both Amazon and Saregama Carvaan have failed to take responsibility for selling a non-functional product. You may kindly check the recording of the first customer care call, which Amazon itself claims to have — it will clearly prove that I followed every instruction given by your own team. Despite that, I am left with a defective product and no support. This kind of service is completely unacceptable from two reputed brands. I would not recommend Amazon or Saregama Carvaan to anyone — not for gifting, not for personal use. Both have shown zero accountability, zero transparency, and zero concern for the customer. Zero stars to both Amazon and Saregama. I request that this issue be reviewed immediately and a proper refund or resolution be provided at the earliest.
