I got these for my wife and she absolutely loves them, shes immediately felt the boost of energy, better sleep, and overall better mood! She suffers from anemia and this has been the only iron supplement she can tolerate well. A good friend friend recommended them and she doesn't go a day without it, auto-ship every month! Her overall health has really improved, but mostly the natural energy and pep in ther step. She suffers from MS, so these have been great!

Recently, I was told by my doctor that my iron was low and I needed an iron supplement as well as a multivitamin so when searching here on Amazon, I found this product, which is both it comes with a multivitamin and an iron tablet. It’s easy and gentle on the stomach it’s non-cramping and it does not cause constipation. I’ve been taking it for a week with zero side effects so you’re getting the multivitamin that your body needs as well as the iron if you are deficient or if you just wanna keep up with your iron, it’s gentle on your stomach. It’s non-habit forming it’s cramp free zero constipation. The capsule is black and small as far as swallowing, but the purple tablet is a little bit large. I do get it down with no problem. You might want to use something a little bit thicker when swallowing this I use my protein shake so you might wanna consider if you can drink milk using milk, smoothie protein shake. If you have no problem taking tablets then that’s great but for those that have a hard time you might wanna use something like I mentioned above, but it’s a great product. I will see you once I go for my repeat testing if it in fact boosted my iron level, but it’s a great multi pack. It comes with the multivitamin and the iron supplement, and as I stated below, I was looking for something that was not going to cause cramping or constipation and so far I’ve had zero side effects.

I have total faith in these supplements. I have been taking them now for at least 6 months. I am borderline anemic and this helps me a lot. I feel It is a little pricey but It is well worth it. I was unable to take for a couple of months and I could totally feel a difference. It helps me to have energy and my iron levels were way down. So I just got my new box today and I am so happy. Just have to cut back on spending elsewhere.

Easy on the stomach. So far, no other side effects. In my opinion, this is the best iron I've taken.

While it is gentle on my stomach, it is almost impossible to swallow because of the strong taste. I will be opting for a different brand/formula.
