Tongue and mouth inflammation. it just burns after having these.
Hydrogenated coconut oils, ethyl vanillin, and maltitol may cause mouth and tongue inflammation.i have mouth and tongue inflamed because of this. any food you take after having these make mouth burns.Hydrogenated coconut oils are banned by FDA but India allows it.

It’s worth every penny and I love it 😻
What more could I say about these wafers, it’s the best when it comes to the taste and richness the wafers are of good texture. Just don’t have only this as a protein source. You could go for it only for snack after your meal for your sweet tooth.
