You need to read the description well, it's not exactly how it appears in the picture. There are only 4 cubes. Other than that, it was easy to assemble and looked beautiful at my son's graduation party.

Cute decoration for open space
There are cute and simple to assemble once you get the hang of it. No instructions- so be careful. They are not very big so don’t over fill the balloons or they won’t all fit, which might not be so bad if you decide not to use the black balloons. The black letters are harder to see with the black balloons behind them. There are only 4 boxes so you’ll want to place it so that they can be seen from multiple directions for the GRAD, So Proud of You, and Numbers which take up 3 sides.

Exactly what I was hoping, good quality highly recommended

Flimsy boxes and hard to stack together
The set up was a lot more tedious than I thought it would be. The boxes were also very flimsy, so it was difficult to have them be stacked on top of each other. They don’t sit completely flat on each other which kept it constantly falling over so I ended up having to tape them together.
