Callaway Sungear Kite Polarized Sunglasses Golf Eye Protection, Tortoise & Gray/Green Mirror

I golf a lot in Houston, TX and these are great. They are super light, and secure; they don't slide down my nose and they don't pinch behind my ears. They cut down on glare from the grass significantly vs just blocking out the sunlight. They come with a nice sturdy case that clips to your golf bag so you always have them. I also use these when I cycle or do water sports. I would definitely buy these again. Highly recommend!

The best thing about these, besides the obvious, is that they cover the whole eye. I’m not constantly adjusting them before swinging the club.

I play golf a couple of times a week and I almost always wear sunglasses when I play. I found these glasses to fit comfortably and give me an undistorted view of the golf course. That’s exactly whatI was looking for when I bought them. I would buy them again

Eh nice glasses and clarity but there’s a very noticeable defect in the manufacturing of the plastic that should have never made it past quality control. There’s a big opaque white chunk mixed in the transparent brown right in the front near the lens. It’s extremely noticeable and for $80 they should not come with a defect. Love callaway but this is a letdown.

The glasses seem fine, but they come with absolutely NO paperwork i.e. specifications, warranty, care instructions etc. Anybody can write anything on a website advertisement. I'm very concerned with whether the sunglasses fully comply with UV 400 specifications and they could not provide anything to indicate that they could. All they or their subcontractor Izzo golf would say is to read what is on the advertisement. I'm returning them.

These glasses are first class.

Built quality is very good. Unfortunately the nose bridge is not adjustable and the sunglasses is bit too big for my Asian face.

Absolutely love these. Weight: They are super light, you hardly know they are on. Fit: Width is good, I sometimes find glasses too narrow for a wider head, these are snug but not tight and certainly don't produce headaches like some previous brands have. Optical Distortion: Many sunglasses change the depth of field by magnifying things slightly which, for cycling forest trails is problematic. These seem reasonably optically correct. Lenses: They are not super dark. I'm not sure the scale used for the light transmission attenuation, so very unscientifically; these are great in a forest riding where you don't want a super dark pair of glasses but need enough to take away the glare in unshaded areas. The lenses wrap around giving nice protection from the side also. Longevity: No idea if these will last long and prove durable, I have only had them a week. Summary: After trying Ryders (lots of versions) and Serengeti (super expensive) plus many other less known brands, these are easily my favourite. You forget you have them on, and while they are not inexpensive they are a good option if you want to pay about $160.

The Callaway Sungear Kite Golf Sunglasses have quickly become an essential part of my game. They do an excellent job of blocking out the sun and reducing glare, making it much easier to track the ball and read greens. I also appreciate their versatility—you can wear them comfortably off the course, and they still look stylish around town. They’re lightweight, flexible, and so comfortable that I often forget I’m even wearing them. A fantastic addition to my golf accessories and a must-have for anyone who spends time outdoors. Highly recommend picking up a pair!
