What is the diameter of the balls?

They are the same size as a baseball.

How far do these balls go when hit?

They will still travel pretty far when hit with a regular bat. Not as far as a tennis ball but alot farther than a wiffle ball. Hope that helps some.

Do these work with the heater power alley pro?

Yes they do. The orange balls are slower than the white balls. Orange good for 8-10 year olds.

Use with a Heater Sandlot?

I used the slider soft foam balls with my Heater Sports Power Alley Lite pitching machine. Not the Sandlot version.
