I used to work in the produce department of a grocery store and we were given these to do all our trims and cuts with. These knives are fantastic, they stand up well. The blades are very sharp and cut fantastic and smooth and stay sharp for a long time. And when they finally start to dull it doesn't take much to sharpen again. It's been years since I left produce and I've kept my knives going, I ordered these new ones only because we lost the last knife I had and couldn't find it anymore and I can't live in the kitchen or the house without one anymore.

Use these for butchering chickens and they are sharp and easy to keep sharp! Quality comfortable nonslip grip. And no rust

I purchased a 3-pack of paring knives for use in processing chickens. The knives arrived with pretty roughly ground edges that required some sharpening to smooth out and get sharp enough for my use, but that is my only complaint and is understandable at this price point. The construction is solid and relatively comfortable, and the plastic handles make for easy cleanup. Paired with the Dexter boning and sticking knives, chicken butchering and processing is made easy.
