Prevents white film and helps with hard water
These work fantastic! I have horrible hard water but I use my water filtered from the fridge and there is no white film or mineralization build up.

Seems to Work, not seeing the White Dusk all over the place
Seems to work, I change them monthly and not seeing any white dust. I use Distilled water, when I get to a store and Britta filtered water. Not seeing much mold or decolorization build up, either, so seems to help and I'm not a fanatic at cleaning the machine.

I was so tired of cleaning my humidifier every single day. I tried using fridge water and sink water etc. Nothing changed the mildew that kept coming up. I would scrub it every day with hot water and dawn dish soap and a toothbrush for almost 15 minutes every day. Now I only have to do that once a week.

Filters out the composites in humidifers

Dropped one of these into my small room humidifier and was pleasantly surprised to find no white powder anywhere and the filter inside the humidifier lasted much longer. One cartridge worked for the entire winter season.
