Bought it when my son had tonsil surgery worked greats Have been using it ever since, for all my gathering. Simple to use, easy to clean. Makes great Slushies alcoholic beverages and non alike.

The slush machine did not work properly and would freeze up on one side from the first. We thought we were doing something wrong and tried to figure out how to remedy the issue. We contacted the manufacturer and they asked us to provide videios, additional information, etc. and then never resolved the issue. At one point they offered to replace the product with a similarly priced item and once the item was selected, they told us to contact Amazon for a refund. I wish there was a way to leave zero stars as customer service wasted hours of our time trying to work with them to correct the issue for them to just say they couldn't assist and to contact Amazon.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter's family and we couldn't wait to try it out. The design is small enough to keep out on the counter, but large enough to make a large slushie. It takes a bit of time (about 15 minutes) to make a slushie but it's fun to operate and the kids loved watching the root beer turn from liquid to slushie. It seems really sturdy; it's a bit noisy when churning the drink into a slushie but not so noisy that it's a problem. The kids can make slushies on their own and it saves my daughter a lot of money when they can make them at home instead of running out to the store to buy slushies. This gadget is a real hit.

Unfortunately this slushie maker did not work for me at all, it just didn't make a slushie. It said that it works best with square ice cubes, however, that wasn't an option that I had available. I used ice cubes from my refrigerator and it didn't work. On top of that, the machine when turned on is incredibly loud. Also, the lid was extremely difficult to remove which made it difficult to clean. Since it didn't work, I returned to Amazon who accepted the return. I have other Vevor products and have never had an issue with any other aside from this one.

Love this product, had no idea salt was used. My son said it was similar to how they make slushies at McDonald's. He made some Bubblegum Ice cream so Great!

Loud and made with cheap material

Don't buy this! It is so loud it sounded like it was going to grind itself apart. It requires rock salt and ice. Save your self the headach and just get a real slushy machine.

It works great! I figured the pitcher would be larger. So it doesn't hold as much in it cuz of the parts that are inside the pitcher part.

Super loud !! Tried multiple liquids and didn't make slushin anything. Terrible product DON'T waste your money

It never works. You basically get really cold drink. It doesn’t slush. I would like to return it. It was a gift for my son and he is disappointed every time he tries it
