The glide very smooth on my hardwood floors, feel very nice and fit my Steelcase chair perfectly. Total install time was a minute, you just need enough strength to remove the old wheels which was not very tough. I just got these so can’t comment on long term durability but they seem to be high quality. These are a great upgrade over the standard wheels my chair came with.

Super smooth and high quality wheels. They work perfectly on my hardwood floor, and don't seem like they'll damage it. It is much easier to move around compared to the wheels my chair (Staples Hyken) came with. They also stay where I want to be, it's not like it's too smooth to where you have to learn how to use them. Probably the biggest thing to me though is how quiet they are. I stay up late frequently, and moving on these wheels is so much quieter than the stock wheels for my chair, so it doesn't make noise that wakes my family up anymore.

Very happy with the wheels. Very easy to install, they're quiet and roll easily. Much better on my wood floors than the original hard plastic wheels on my chair.

These wheels are the upgrade you've been looking for!! The difference is immediately noticeable in feel and noise reduction. Worth every penny and backed by a lifetime warranty! These of course roll best on a hard surface but can handle low pile carpet as well. Customer service is very responsive if you have any issue, and I will definitely repeat business with this company!!

I have a DX Racer gaming chair, have had it for years. It works just fine but it always PAINED me that we pay so much money for these upscale gaming chairs and get these horrific and cheap plastic wheels. They squeak, they don't roll, they get snagged on things (or even just won't roll, y'know the entire point of a wheel). Saw a YouTube short on these wheels and thought they'd be like $200, but nope, $40. Picked them up on a whim. Easy as hell to install, set my chair back down on my floor and pushed it, rolled ULTRA quiet and smooth. Got on the chair and rolled around my apartment (I have fake wooden floors, but they work) and couldn't believe the difference. Seriously, couldn't believe it. I spent about 5 minutes just rolling around my apartment like an idiot with a grin. If you're on the fence, just buy them. I barely ever leave reviews, but this product deserves it.

I wondered at first if I should spend that amount of money on wheels for an office chair, but these wheels are amazing. Worth every penny, Easy to install, feels so smooth, and no longer leaves scratches on my floor.

Proper wheels, move freely and metal construction makes they very strong. I'm heavy and I got fed up breaking the wheels on my chair, they would of been OK on a hard floor but I'm on carpet and they kept getting stuck and plastic broke when I pushed. These are all steal with a hard rubber solid tyre, much stronger and with ball bearings in the wheel and on the rotation they should last much longer I will add to this review in six months with an update.

Nov/2023 (Compra) Me encantaron estas llantas, son sumamente suaves, pasé de tener que usar algo de fuerza para moverme con mi silla a tener que cuidar de no usar mucha porque puedo chocar con la pared o algún otro mueble jaja, Me encantaron, son muy suaves, bonitas, elegantes y se ven muy resistentes. Las recomiendo muchísimo. Junio/2025 Hasta ahora funcionan tan bien como cuando llegaron, almacenan algo de cabello pero no les impide moverse hasta ahora. Gran compra!

These wheels exude class and quality. It was so easy to replace my old (expensive) plastic wheels which tend to peel every 12-18 months. So far they roll smoothly on both my carpet and wood flooring. Will see how they fare in 12 months time but my confidence is high on these. It was also nice to see a personal note from the company itself. The box is unlike the brown paper ones and the guarantee is visibly printed. Nice!
