I'm now on my second bottle of LEVELUP Clean MCT Oil 280 capsules. This is the third or fourth company's MCT oil capsules that I have tried, most of the previous not being pure C8 but a combination of C8 and C10. From all that I have read it's the C8 that is most important and useful. I was delighted to find LEVELUP pure C8 capsules on Amazon. I started out taking the 4 capsule recommended dose twice daily but have over the past week or so begun taking 6 capsules 2x per day, morning and afternoon. I have had no problems at all taking these capsules, no ill side effects. I find that they are convenient, especially when away from home. I believe they contribute to my daily physical energy as well as my mental performance. Previously, earlier on, I had also tried both the combo MCT oil as well as the pure C8 MCT oil from other companies but unfortunately found taking the oil like that very inconvenient. I know all the arguments how the capsules are so much more expensive than taking the oil and how many capsules you have to take as opposed to the oil but this works for me where the other didn't. I'm 72 years old and currently practice a keto form of intermittent fasting(IF) and One Meal A Day(OMAD). The LEVELUP MCT capsules have become an integral part of my program.

I swallow 4 capsules a day without any bad side affects. I take them early morning and go out for a several mile hike. I always seem to wake up and feel great. By the time I get back I am ready to tackle the day. Before these, all I wanted was coffee and to take a nap.

Can take those anytime. The serving amount is 4 capsules, which is totally enough for me. I take them a few times a day when starting my fasts. Bottle is large and nice looking. I used to take MCT oil from different brands and i never had any issue. Once i used this brand . My acid reflux is horrible, GI issues, allergic reactions, feel sick . Its like not an Oil . Maybe its a transmission oil . Not MCT
