Will use Pinch for life!
I've been a psyllium user my entire life. My mom was a health nut and gave it to us as kids and teens (which was disgusting). I rediscovered it in adulthood and have used it through pregnancy, through postpartum, all of it. So when I say Pinch is the best psyllium I've ever used, I mean it. It actually tastes so good. It isn't overly sweet, there's no synthetic flavor, and there's no weird aftertaste. Grittiness is a complete no-go for me. I can't stand the texture of some psylliums but Pinch is very smooth. I take it almost every day, whenever I remember, and I don't overthink morning versus night. I just space it a few hours from my medications, and I'm good. For mixing, a quick few seconds with an electric whisk blends it the best with zero clumps. Like any psyllium, you want to drink it down quickly, and I always follow it with a full glass of water to help support how well it works. I take it in a small amount of water so it's faster to swallow. The few times I've tried a large cup, I feel like I'm racing to drink it before it gets too thick. Now that I've been using Pinch regularly for almost a year, I've noticed how much better off I am. The few times my husband and I have eaten something that gave us stomach trouble, I'm barely affected. Back when I used psyllium only here and there, that was not the case. My husband doesn't take it, and he has a much harder time than I do. It's also gentle enough for kids. My four-year-old likes it and makes herself a little mini serving, which has been a great way to help her get enough fiber. And I gift it to all of my pregnant friends, because pregnancy constipation is real and the worst, and this is something I wish I'd had on hand sooner. This is one of the best supplements out there and something I'll be using for life.

It works, just use it daily
Edit: after using it for a few months, I can confirm it works as long as you’re taking it! I take it daily and it does produce. If you take it every other day or infrequently you will not see the same results. After using a previous product for years and having it go south, I am trying Pinch. My immediate reaction is that it does work, I just haven't found consistency in it. Part of that's on me for missing a dose here and there so I am giving it another month. I bought the Lemon Ginger and the taste is really nice. But like other fiber supplements you may not be able to mix/dissolve it with just a spoon so I'd recommend a small personal blender if taken alone. I have taken it alone and part of my protein shake which is now my desirable use as it makes my plain vanilla shake taste almost like an orange dreamscile so it's a perfect desert. I find the price point reasonable, digestion very good and little to no smell. Over all I would recommend it for you to try, as I mentioned I am still feeling it out but I am hopeful month #2 is a bit more consistent both on me for usage and on the product for...well production!

Let’s Poop!
Can we talk about poop for a minute? I spent my ENTIRE life trying to poop. And super jealous of people who not only pooped every day but gosh forbid, more than once a day. I couldn’t understand why it never worked for me. I ate balanced meals, drank my water blah blah blah- but nothing seemed to work. I was accepting of my fate. Using Metamucil- without any bowel regularity. And then I saw an ad for Pinch. And thought, what could go wrong, I’m already not pooping. I started using Pinch without any expectations- and I was SO WRONG. This fiber tastes great and I can assure you, pooping difficulties will be a thing of the past. One cup a day at night and I am happy to report I am able to poop everyday, sometime twice. It’s like a Christmas miracle. Both flavors taste good to me. You will need a small drink blender to mix- a spoon won’t do it! As a side note, this is the only fiber my son can tolerate as he has crohns.

Palatable but THICK
If you have a texture issue, this isn't the product for you! It had the consistency of a beverage thickening agent. The taste wasn't bad, it produced results within an hour, but this would be hard for me to drink daily due to the texture.

Great tasting and helps you move along!
I've been using this product for a few months now. It is great tasting and easy to mix. I look forward to it in the morning. It's easy to swallow. You can't let it sit and then go back to it or it will become a little thick. You need to mix and drink. This will not have you running to the bathroom but when taken consistently, it helps to keep you regular. When I forget to take it I feel the impact. If I'm a little backed up I will take it in the morning and again one scoop at night! The ginger has a little smell if you aren't a ginger fan but I happen to love it and I love the taste as well! I feel the price point is right on target.

Beware of the Possibility of an Allergic Reaction!
I saw this product pop up on Facebook and researched it, reading the reviews and the information on the website and Amazon page. I ordered it to help with GI issues I've been struggling with for the past couple of years. I received it last evening and took less than a full dose with the 8 ounces of water required. I had also drunk approximately 60 ounces of water previously throughout the day. Within minutes, the insides of my ears, my lips and my throat started to itch. My lips and throat then felt like they were starting to swell. I got nauseas (that could have been anxiety). I got a bit wheezy. Thankfully my son had an inhaler here that I used. After about an hour and a half, I got severe abdominal pain that last for over an hour. I didn't see anything about potential allergies anywhere on their website or this page. I had never used a psyllium product before and never will again. I feel like the possibility of an allergic reaction to this substance should be disclosed somewhere. I did contact the company. They apologized, but did not offer a refund. Fortunately, Amazon is refunding me and the Pinch Magic is going to the trash.

I can’t travel without it!
I never thought I’d be writing a review about a fiber supplement, but lately I cannot travel without Pinch. When I’m in a foreign country, eating amazing but unfamiliar food, my digestion takes a hit - and when things aren’t moving as they should, neither is my mood. Feeling off always messes with my ability to enjoy a trip, but Pinch keeps me regular and comfortable. Unlike your grandpa’s old-school chalky fiber powders, this actually tastes good and is easy to mix. No weird textures or thick sludge. Also super easy to pack in your luggage and take on the go. If you travel often and struggle with digestion changes, this is a game-changer. It’s not just fiber - it’s therapeutic. Keeps my body on track so I can focus on the trip, not my gut. 10/10 recommend!
