The whitening action also brightened my smile without any harsh grit.The taste is mild and pleasant — not too minty, just refreshing — which makes daily brushing much more enjoyable. This EXACT product repaired the enamel damage that caused sensitive teeth (morning and night use).I've noticed some whitening, which was a surprise because I am still drinking tea, coffee, and foods that stain the teeth.When I get my teeth cleaned, I am told that I have zero build up and my gums look great!Warning about similarly named versions of this product (avoid the Costco version):* Not all Sensodyne products are created equal.* Costco has a version of this product that was HORRIBLE and caused severe sharp shock-like pain along my gums anytime I had anything acidic or anything hot or cold and this lasted for OVER A WEEK. It was literally as bad as the pain I experienced after doing an expensive professional dentist in-office whitening with blue light many years ago when they used the 44% gel that burned the skin off of your gums!* The Costco-specific version is NOT THE SAME as this product (thankfully).REPAIR MIRACLE:Following my mistake for attempting to buy this at Costco (not knowing it was a different product), it took 3 days of using this toothpaste to repair the damage. Nothing else worked. I was so happy on the 4th day when I could have coffee again instead of having to take caffeine pills and no longer needed to avoid hot food and hot soup!When I have used whitening strips (before a big event), it also takes about 2 days for my teeth to feel completely 100% again.I LOVE THIS TOOTHPASTE.PRO TIPS:If you have sensitive teeth, I found it helpful to stop eating at least 3 hours before bed to prevent enamel loss caused by acid reflux (acid reflux eats enamel while you sleep and hurts your gums).

I’ve been using Sensodyne toothpaste for a while, and it has definitely helped reduce tooth sensitivity, especially when drinking cold beverages. The toothpaste leaves my mouth feeling clean and fresh, and the flavor is pleasant without being too strong. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it’s a bit more expensive than regular toothpaste. Overall, it’s a great product and worth trying if you have sensitive teeth

I love this toothpaste. My teeth have never been better and I am 72 years old. It really protects the enamel!!!! It’s really a blessing!!!!
