I cannot recommend this enough. I have bilateral trigeminal neuralgia + a migraine disorder. This thing has worked like a miracle for me. It’s actually really comfortable to sleep in too. I don’t even put it in the freezer/fridge, the gel inside gets cool on its own just from sitting out in my house. The material is stretchy and isn’t too tight at all either. It almost feels like a spandex material and is really soft. Didn’t come with any scent that I noticed

my husband gets severe migraines a few times a month and this has helped him sleep through them, immensely! we always keep it in the fridge in a ziploc bag and it stays cool on his head for a while! he just slides this over his head and the coolness, tightness, and dark help ease his migraines enough to go to sleep.. just keep in mind: this obviously isnt going to cure migraines, this product is purely to help you get through it easier and it does exactly that!

This thing is fantastic I bought it for an ear infection hoping either the cold or heat would ease the pain and it definitely did just that. It worked very well I do wish there was a way to keep it cold longer though. It helped ease my pain and it was very comfortable the material is very soft and smooth.

I cannot say enough about these migraine caps. I have bought one for me, my granddaughter and My Son. We all suffer from migraines and they work amazingly. Five stars all the way.

I can't believe I wasn't using these before! My mom suffers from migraines and I suffer pretty bad from headaches often, and this helps tremendously. It stays in place very well, it didn't have a smell out of the package, and it hasn't leaked so far.

I loved it for a while and definitely helps me sleep but it does not compress enough. Like I wish it would be tighter. But over all it soothes my headaches and knocks me out quickly at night
