Nice bag, handle doesn't work as designed.
The handle has a nice feature to lock at a lower position however it has a weak clasp and quickly falls out of place with a few uses.

This bag ripped on me in a few months getting ahold of the company about warranty is next to impossible..... I've tired leaving messages for months with no response from them!
