Product quality was good and worth

Good product. Excellent service support. Had breakage of ring couple of times. But they supported and replaced same without any delay.

The quality of the rope could have been better

First of all, the product received didn't match the description and below average quality. The swing disc is made of engineered wood and not hard wood and it was not even sealed properly. The ladder was also of poor quality with some kind of color paper rolled on the sticks. The ladder stick was not so sturdy. The trapeze rings are made of plastic and not worth buying. The rope and hooks were of good quality though. Overall *not worth it*

now my home has become a fun place where my loved one use to play within the home its like dream come true they are so happy thank you so much for such a lovely easy to install product i am very much satisfied with this product which help my loved one grow in physical terms it makes them happy
