I usually stop using equipment that I buy on impulse but I STILL use this. It makes me feel healthier. I mainly use it due to water retention in ankles caused by poor circulation. Even my husband uses it every 3 or 4 days. It's heavy but not heavy that I cant go move it when guests arrive. We keep it right in living room to remind us to use it. I'd buy again. no regrets

Love it so much!!! If you sit at work all day you need this!! When you’re standing on it I’ve found it’s best to look straight ahead so you don’t get dizzy. I keep it under my desk and pull it out when needed. While you’re sitting down it helps to rest your feet on it to keep the circulation going. It’s one of my favorite things I’ve bought on Amazon!

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas who bought one for my granddaughter for Christmas! They both love the little machine. That’s all I have gotten out of her so far. She’s very busy. 🙄
