Best irons on the market
This has been my favorite brand of irons for years. They glide easily are easy to use. They don't drip water and as long as you put it on the right temperature it will not damage your clothing. It's a great weight not too heavy but heavy enough to get the job done. It glides effortlessly. As someone with tendonitis I have no problems using it. I had my old one for over 15 years, with no problem. The only reason I replaced it was because someone knocked it on the floor and it broke.

Great iron!
Great iron. Works very well and the best part about it is the retractable cord since it makes storage so easy.

Powerful Performance with Convenient Design
The Rowenta Access Stainless Steel Soleplate Steam Iron offers excellent performance with smooth glide, strong steam output, and a convenient retractable cord, making it ideal for everyday ironing. But noticed some water leakage and inconsistent heat. Overall, it's a solid mid-range option for those seeking efficiency and comfort, especially on cotton and linen fabrics.

Nice iron!
In my opinion this iron is not heavy as some reviews stated. I absolutely love it! Plug it in and you will be ironing in no time. It glides smoothly over the fabric. I did accidentally melt the collar on one of my blouses, I underestimated how quickly this iron would heat up. This is without a doubt the best iron i have ever owned. I think nothing looks worse than someone wearing wrinkled clothing. If one has a decent iron it only takes a few minutes to make your clothes look nice. I have been living on my own for almost 50 years, so I have owned several irons. I love the retractable cord! Makes storage a breeze. The weight of the iron is sufficient to decrease the effort required to get wrinkles out. I do wish the water reservoir was a bit larger, but that is not a deal breaker for me. The temperature adjustment is in an awkward place which makes it a bit difficult to read. I do recommend that you use a pressing cloth if working with delicate fabric as i melted the collar on a synthetic blouse. Overall i am extremely pleased with my purchase!

What a surprise that I would be this please
When I received my item, I thought what a great concept and I couldn’t wait to use it which I did at first I found it awkward being on my life used to a tradition type of an iron or a steamer two separate items, but with this you have both in one I never had anything steamed as well as I did with this item And ironing was a breeze!!!! just remember, give it a couple of times I’m using it and then you’re gonna say how did I ever do anything differently?!!!! K.A.

Don't make them like they used to
This the first new iron I purchased in 20 years. I had a Rowenta from 2001. It still worked but the steam mechanism was clogged for good. This iron is so much lighter than my old one. My first task was 16 sheer curtains. The light polyester fabric was easy to iron and the light weight of the iron was appreciated. I did have to turn the iron up to a much higher setting than the polyester setting.Next I ironed a set of cotton sheets. I never buy 100% cotton sheets but I thought I would try them. These came out of the wash a stiffly crumpled lump and needed to be ironed before I could use them again. I never ironed sheets before in my life and this was not an easy task. It is a queen set and I had the iron on the highest setting. I had to fill the water well 3 times before I completed the job. Filling is not recommended when the iron is hot but I didn't want to wait for the iron to cool. Is there an iron that fills easily? I don't know, but I dribble the water everywhere. I used only distilled water and I hate to waste it. It's not the price, it's having to go buy it. So back to ironing, this is where the light weight wasn't in my favor. It was a bear to remove the wrinkles from the cotton and I had to press down quite a bit. I have ironed cotton shorts with my old heavy iron without a problem but without comparing the same irons on the same fabric, I can't really say if the weight was the issue. My third experience was with a manmade fiber jacket purchased from one of those Chinese websites that arrives a mass of wrinkles in a plastic bag. I also had difficultly removing the wrinkles. I was now regretting throwing away my old iron. I would have gladly gone back to spraying the water from a bottle for steam. The retractable cord is a fantastic feature and the iron heats up quickly. I find myself accidentally moving the temperature dial as I iron because it's behind the handle and moves easily.I feel like they made advancements with the looks and retractable cord but have sacrificed the quality of materials and this reduces the functionality.
