I really like this ear wax removal tool and would definitely buy it again. It’s pretty straightforward and easy to use, and the camera quality is excellent, which makes the process much easier and more effective.That said, I can’t stress enough how important it is to read the directions carefully and be very cautious with how far you insert it into your ear. It’s easy to go too deep if you’re not paying attention, so take your time and be gentle.Also, make sure the device is fully charged before use and double-check that the rubber tip is securely screwed on each time before inserting it into your ear. The rubber tip fits snugly onto the camera and stays in place well when properly secured.Overall, it’s a well-designed, high-quality tool, and it does exactly what it’s supposed to. Just use with care, and you’ll be happy with the results. I would purchase it again and recommend it to others—with a reminder to always be cautious during use.

I use this pretty much every day. It's a great and easy device to use when trying to get ear wax out. It's a light weight and comfortable ear wax remover. It stays cool after being on for 10 minutes. Easy to clean after use with removable tip.

Can't beat it for the price. Great picture. App is simple enough to use but it's wifi not bluetooth so you need to unhook the internet and join a WiFi network created by the scope. One issue - there's a weird long metal scoop, frankly dangerous and covered with a flimsy plastic cover that gets in the way of the camera. Trust me you aren't going to be scooping anything with this gizmo. The metal scoop unscrews but that leaves rough threads on the end that can cut your ear canal. But if you unscrew the scoop and wrap the end with some plumbers tape you have a super budget otoscope. Oh and the extra "tools" are completely worthless. Minus 1 star for the strange scoop.

Camera works well. A little hard to navigate the tool and it doesn't grab as much as I'd like it to. I'm sure it's better for your ears than a qtip but much more time consuming and definitely not as easy.

This is a great little ear cleaner for a great price.It's super easy to use and clean.I have issues with a few things,First, the battery life is rather short (about an hour), which is great for individual use or someone less thorough than me.Secondly, when the battery runs out, you're forced to stop the app just completely stops working when it's low.Third, if you plug it in, it turns offFourth, I feel it's a bit big, but the sensation of cleaning my ear is heavenly.Overall, this is a great starting product and anyone can use it.Warning use caution when sticking it in. If you go slow, it's safe. If you act rashly, you can get hurt.Mine died today So bought March, 26 2025 and lasted till July, 09 2025 it lasted like 3.5 months but I also abused it by removing tonsil stones with it so im raising my review to 4 stars
