GreenLife 1.7 Liter Electric Glass Kettle, Sage Green

I’ve been living in my RV while building my home and am used to microwaving my boyfriend & i’s tea. I rarely leave reviews but this brings such a wonderful aesthetic and is such a good deal compared to a lot of others on Amazon! I received about a week ago & have had no issues! i will update if anything changes but so far NO REGRETS purchasing 💖 it is amazing quality and i love that it is made out of glass! no plastic touches the inside whatsoever. the LED light, the sound of boiling water, it adds to the relaxing ritual of preparing tea 🫖 i love using it for any tea in general but especially for my loose leaf teas along with my edible flowers 💐 it’s also great for cooking noodles much quicker than you would on a stovetop! and i love the bubblegum pink color!!! the auto shut off is great & the heat up time really is faster & more satisfying than a microwave ⭐️ so happy i purchased this!!

WONDERFUL! It looks just Stunning with its blue light and how the water boils! And it boils water ***F A S T!!!*** Just WOW FAST! And it Keeps Boiling the water, it thankfully doesn't shut off the second it gets the water going. I consider that a GOOD thing since I like having my water well boiled (with where we live & the precautions we need to take here & all). I did find out that I should NOT Over fill it, or try to cook Ramen in it. It'll boil right over if you do that. I might try boiling a few other times in it, but not for a long time I hope. Overall it's such an 👍🏼👍🏼👌🏼Excellent 👌🏼👍🏼👍🏼 TeaPot that my Mom has decided to get herself one if she ever manages to scrape the money together. So yeah, Get It! You'll be happy you did. Just don't try cooking in it, unless you only fill it half way I think. (& P.S. - Amazon wants me to comment on the, "Odor"? I donno. I rinse it regularly, NEVER keep water in it. Usually it sits, open lid, getting dusty. I have had to wash it inside & out in total opposite of the directions & it has more then lived through it. So I donno. Despite our water problems there hasn't been any odor or mold, which I think Amazon is ACTUALLY Asking about. So I donno. It works Great, goes through anything it seems and keeps the water HOT for a LONG time. 😁👍🏼👍🏼‼️ I still say buy it. )

I love this kettle.. i use it for tea, hot coco, to warm up noodles or even hard boiled eggs (not sure if that’s ok but it cooks perfectly) It boils water and makes a clicking sound that shuts it off when the water is fully boiled. it gets hot FAST and is great quality and easy to clean.

This is a must buy! I cannot tell you how a life changer this is! Love the quality, it’s so pretty and useful. Heats water super fast!

I wanted to try and get away from my old plastic kettle and I'm loving this one. And the color is great! It heats the water very quickly and it is a simple no frills pot. I had one with all the selections for temps etc and it totally died. Im really pleased with this kettle.

I looked at quite a few electric kettles in an attempt to avoid any plastic parts. This kettle actually has one very small plastic part that would contact the water that was not mentioned in the ad – – there is a filter for the spout which comes down when the lid is closed. It is an extension of the lid, which is plastic. Nevertheless, I am not exterminate concerned about that small amount of plastic, and I look forward to having hot water for my coffee and tea prepared so quickly.

Yes, it will heat up water to a boil faster than my microwave, and it really does boil, unlike water on an electric stove. I use it with my French Press coffee-maker and it's much better tasting and a lot less messy than the stove-top coffee percolator. You can turn it off with the easy-to-use switch, doesn't seem to mind water spills, and it will shut itself off if you leave it on and get distracted by something else. Had it plugged in accidentally at the same time as my microwave, and much to my surprise, did NOT blow a fuse in my rotten shack lol ! Makes it easy to have a bowl of Ramen or Tea, Coffee, Hot Chocolate.

It lasted just 30 seconds for me. After I plugged it in to heat the water, there was a huge splash at the base, after which the kettle stopped heating (the blue light was still on, though). I'm not sure if it's suitable for this region (Middle East) in terms of voltage. I do not recommend this kettle. Of course, I returned it and Amazon instantly refunded me.
