I love this brand — their ingredients are super clean, and I always buy their protein powder. This is a pre-workout that should come in powder form, but it arrived completely clumped and hardened. I already emailed the company, but they told me to contact another email address — very confusing. Such a shame.

I like this product a lot, unfortunately the last several times I have ordered, it’s come in chunks that are very difficult to break up and scoop out. I wish there would be better quality control.
