It works ok. Its not as powerful as expected but I have massive thighs.

This unit does not deliver as strong a pulse as a traditional TENS unit. Strongest setting is equivalent to about a 4 on a standard TENS unit.Consider placement before buying - this is important!! For me, I have two sources of pain, the lower lumbar area and the very top of my left leg. (If you’re familiar with nerve pain, this is the area where the nerves route through your pelvis to continue down your leg or the SI area. For those not as familiar, it’s just under your butt cheek).Since you have to attach the unit to the pad before placing the pad, this puts your controls on your lower back and hard to reach, not to mention you’re operating the buttons blindly. And for the SI area, if you sit down, you are basically sitting on the controller (not at all comfortable).

I was quite impressed that the product actually work as great as it does. I wake up every morning with a stiff back and neck. I am amazed that the pain seemed to be non-existent after using this item. The only I don't enjoy is the automatic turn off but I suppose it's a good thing because I probably would leave it on until it died. For the cost it's a great buy for a fast fix for the pains your body may experience daily!

This wireless TENS & EMS massager is small but surprisingly effective. It comes with 8 modes and plenty of intensity levels, which makes it easy to find a comfortable setting. I appreciated the auto shut-off feature at 15 minutes—good for safety and avoiding overuse. The two reusable pads stick well and are easy to clean. It charges quickly with a USB-C cable and holds a charge for multiple uses. Great for back and neck relief after a long workday.

Powerful and portable.I like that you can set it and then clip it to the sticky pad afterwards.No wires to deal with.Surprisingly strong with the effectiveness.

The adhesive on the pads was almost non-existing.
