This did not come with matching screws in the Polish Chrome finish to screw into assembly? Was it suppose to????

As I recall, it did not come with matching screws. I had to use the ones I had--nevertheless, I believe the screws are standard and can be found at most hardware stores. I do not have any information about size, length, etc.

Will this round escutcheon replace square #30321-cp? it has cold, hot, off in reverse order than mine though.

If it's the deeper square design, no. My 30321 is deeper than the k76602cp.
