This weighted vest is fantastic, very well made, very durable with absolutely no sand leakage, the stitching is nice and tight. I am 5ft 2in 115 lbs and this fits me perfectly, the weight is well distributed making it comfortable to wear. I also love the pink color which is what attracted it to me in the 1st place. I cant say enough good things about this vest other than Im excited for this vest to help build my stomach and back muscles as I wear it on my daily walks! Give it a try if you'd like to have an easier way to help build more strength in your upper body while being able to have your hands free of carrying weights, what an amazing invention!

I absolutely love this vest. I am quite a small person and was worried it might be too big for me but it is a great fit. I got the 5 kg and is definitely good for ladies. It has 2 straps so provides a lot of support. I have had a few comments already about how it looks and leg’s definitely feeling the burn when walking in it.

This vest is a comfortable fit , I’ve not experienced any discomfort whilst wearing it on walks that last probably over an hour. It most definitely increases cardiovascular performance, especially as I seek out steep inclines on my walk , and my pace is very brisk , I feel like it’s increasing the workload just enough for my 5ft 2 size , without putting strain on my bones or muscles, which would then tip the benefits of wearing these vests the other way . It’s not something I use every day on my walks , I use it specifically as a workout tool , on specific power walks , for increased cardiovascular fitness , and possible bone and muscle benefits.
