I Can Quit Straining
Quality is the same as name brand. The value for me lies in the container. I wanted it to replace using a strainer to put baking powder on carpet before vacuuming. The texture and spillage put of the container flows well without there being spots of too much powder. Freshens the room monthly. Easy to refill and reuse for my purpose.

It's baking soda
It's baking soda. I used to velvet some chicken last night, and it worked exactly as expected. It's a very finely powdered baking soda. I did like the securely resealable shaker top on the container, and I can see myself re-using this container the next time I need to buy a cardboard box-type baking soda. I'm not really sure what makes one type of baking soda "premium" over a typical/regular A&H type that we all have been using for years? This product is $.52 an ounce, whereas the box type is usually around $.18 an ounce, so you're definitely paying a premium price for this product. So it's absolutely a good baking soda, but I can't justify repurchasing such a similar product at a much higher cost.

It’s good but amount is not much.
I can bake without worrying if the baking soda is for cleaning or cooking. I wish the container less fancy and more baking soda for the price.
