SELF POURING KETTLE
UNFORTUNATELY I COULDN'T GET THIS TO WORK, I HAD TO FILL THE KETTLE UP OVER HALFWAY FOR THE WATER TO COME OUT VERY SLOWLY AND COULDN'T GET THE CUP NEAR TO THE KETTLE SO HAD TO HOLD THE CUP WHILE POURING FROM THE KETTLE. MAYBE A DIFFERENT KETTLE WOULD WORK.

MAKING LIGHT OF TEA MAKING
This is a brilliant addition to my mother in laws kitchen. After fracturing her wrist it has left her weak and unable to pour or lift her kettle. This has given her, her independence back and that has lifted her spirits.The only thing I am disappointed with is being charged VAT on a registered disabled persons item - I thought all disabled people ordering goods got them VAT free. I have since received a message to say I would be contacted at time of order - this never happened, to ascertain whether I needed to pay vat. So please be aware this item is eligible for VAT EXEMPTION.

Not very secure, especially for my 95 year old mother
Wobbled quite a lot, difficult to pour, kept lifting off the base.

Very expensive and not fit for purpose
Very expensive for what it is and the kettle tipper is not fit for purpose. I have a standard kettle which is 1.7 liter capacity and stands 10" tall. When you pore liquid from the kettle you cannot get the cup or teapot close enough to the flow of liquid without having to pick up and hold the cup or teapot.

Shame it
Kettle didn’t fit. Wanted for elderly parents but we felt it would be more of a hazard for them so we returned it. I’m sure if your kettle did fit it would be okay.

Functional
Functional but a little awkward. You'll need more space and a jug handy for filling or if you want to add hot water to a pan or sink.
